TSG特种设备安全技术规范 TSG T7012-2004电梯门锁装置型式试验细则Guide for Type-examination of Door locking Devices中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布2004年0月00日目录一概述 (1)二型式试验所需的技术文件和资料 (1)三试验样品 (1)四门锁装置型式试验内容、要求与方法 (1)附录1特种设备型式试验报告 (8)附录2产品配置表 (12)电梯门锁装置型式试验细则第一条为了规范电梯门锁装置的型式试验,统一电梯门锁装置型式试验的项目、内容、要求、方法与型式试验报告书格式,根据《特种设备安全监察条例》和《电梯型式试验规则》,制定本细则。
第二条本细则适用于所有参与层门和轿门锁紧和检查锁闭情况的门锁装置。
第三条开展电梯门锁装置型式试验的技术机构(以下简称型式试验机构),以及上述电梯门锁装置的设计与制造等相关单位,必须遵守本细则的规定。
第四条本细则的技术指标和要求主要引用了GB7588-1995《电梯制造与安装安全规范》国家标准的规定。
如上述相关标准被修订,应以最新标准为准。
第五条在正式型式试验之前,型式试验申请单位应当向型式试验机构提供《型式试验所需资料》中规定的技术文件和资料。
第六条型式试验申请单位应当为型式试验机构提供一个安装调试完毕、能够正常使用的门锁装置做为型式试验样品,具体要求如下:(一)提供一件门锁装置的试验样品及试验所需的附件(所有参与层门和轿门锁紧和检查锁闭情况的部件均为门锁装置的组成部分)。
如果门锁装置的试验只能在将该装置安装在相应的门(例如有数扇门的滑动门或数扇门扇的铰链门)上的条件下进行,应按照工作状况把门锁装置安装在一个完整的门上。
(二)如有必要,门锁装置电气安全装置的绝缘件应单独提供,绝缘件面积不小于15mm×15mm,厚度不小于3mm;(三)如进行交流和直流两种类型的试验,需提供两件门锁装置试验样品。

随着电梯的日益普及,电梯事故也愈发频繁。
据统计,在各类电梯事故中,门系统事故占比为80%左右。
门锁装置作为门系统中最重要的组成部分之一,其安全直接影响着电梯的运行安全。
关键词:门锁;啮合长度;电气装置;啮合宽度;检验中图分类号:TU857 文献标志码:A1 电梯门锁概述电梯门是乘客或货物的出入口,电梯门系统不仅具有开关门功能,同时还提供了防止人员坠落井道和被剪切的保护。
电梯门锁装置是为了保证电梯门的可靠闭合与锁紧,防止层门和轿门被随意打开,而设置的锁紧装置和验证门闭合的电气安全装置,通常统称门锁。
门锁的开关门动作是由门机带动门刀作用于门锁滚轮而实现,层门的闭合和锁紧除了依靠门机的关门驱动和门锁的机械锁紧,还要依靠电气安全装置来进行验证,这两者必须结合为一体,构成一个完整的机—电装置。
2 电梯门锁事故典型案例2.1 2010年12月,湖南省衡东县某娱乐城,一名醉酒人员在四楼用脚踹门,并同时用手扳开层门后步入井道,坠落底坑而死亡。
分析事故原因,该楼层门锁装置完好无变形,啮合长度满足要求,啮合宽度仅1mm ~2mm,在用力踹门并用手扳门的情况下,锁钩脱离钩挡而层门打开,遂发生坠井事故。
2.2 1995年9月,山东省某服装厂,发生了一起电梯致死事故。
因失事电梯设备老旧,锁钩磨损加之压紧弹簧预紧不足,门锁啮合深度仅3mm,在门外用手很容易就能将层门打开。
一名高性工人在下班后,眼看电梯正要关门,便从约15m的地方匆忙跑过去,此时电梯层门已关闭并开始向上运行,高某用手强行扳开层门准备迈入轿厢,一步踏空坠入井道当场死亡。
2.3 2017年10月,四川乐山某在建住宅小区一台新安装完还未经检验机构进行验收检验的电梯,发生一起“开门走梯”致人死亡事故。

Structurea) The interlock contact shall be surely opened or closed by the door lock, and the contact shall bekept as open by the gravity or the compressed spring, or by both of the two or by an opening device.b) The interlock shall be kept in the locked position by means of a reliable connector by the gravityor the compressed spring, or by both of the two.c)The interlock shall be locked in the position where the door is closed before the tractionmachine starts the normal operation.d) The position of the interlock shall be located in a place where no access is available from thelanding side if the landing door is closed.e) When the car is stopped or being leveled automatically, its power may be provided continuouslythrough the normal control circuit to the traction machine. Test method5.1Endurance test5.1.1 Mechanical enduranceThere shall be no problem when tested in accordance with the following conditions;a) Endurance of the locking device shall be tested for a million cycles continuously.b) 1 cycle shall be allowed to the both directions with the stroke back and forth if possible.c) Movement of the locking device shall be made smooth without any impact.5.1.2 Electrical enduranceIt shall be tested as follows;a) It shall be tested for a million cycles with two times of the rated voltage and rated current.b) 1 cycle shall be allowed to the both directions with the stroke back and forth if possible.c) Movement shall be made smooth for 60 cycles per minute.5.2Mechanical test5.2.1 Static testa) The test shall be performed under the same condition as the normal operation.b) The locking device which is kept as applied shall be made to reach 1 000N for the slidingdoor and to reach 3 000N for the opening/closing door in 300 seconds after increasing the static load gradually to the door opening direction.c) The point where the force is applied shall be identical to the point where the user is to openthe door if possible.5.2.2 Dynamic testa) With the locking device applied, a rigid body of 4kg is to fall free from the height of 0.5m tothe door opening direction.b) The rigid body used for the test shall be fixed by means of a small lumber with low elastictransformation and made to deliver the free falling force to the door opening direction.5.3 Insulation-resistanceThe insulation-resistance of the following areas shall be 5㏁or more when measured with an insulation-resistance meter of 500V.a) Between the charged metallic parts with different polesb) Between the charged metallic part and the earthed part or the uncharged metallic part incontact with man. In this case the earthed pole is regarded as the uncharged metallic part. C) Between the terminals with the identical poles open5.4 Volt-resistanceIt shall be able to endure for 1 minute while kept as it is after the test voltage between the charged and the uncharged parts is increased at a designated rate (which can be read with the voltmeter) from 0 up to the voltage specified in Table 1.Table 1 Test voltageUnit : V5.5 Tracking-resistanceTracking-resistance (PTI) test shall be performed for insulated materials at AC 175V and electric wave of 48~60Hz. Ifnot otherwise specified, the rated value shall be as follows;1) AC : 230V, 2A2) DC : 200V, 2Ac) The test shall be performed at the most disadvantageous location while the locking device isin use.d) The test shall be performed under the installation and electrical wiring conditions identical tonormal operation.5.6.2 ACa) 50 times of opening/closing shall be available at intervals of 5~10 seconds at a normalspeed while powered on with 110% of the rated voltage and 11 times of the rated current, when the closed state shall be maintained as it is for 0.5 second or more.b) The circuit shall be connected in parallel of choke with the resistance, and the reverse rateis to be 0.7±0.05.5.6.3 DCa) 20 times of opening/closing shall be available at intervals of 5~10 seconds at a normalspeed while powered on with 110% of the rated voltage and current, when the closed state shall be maintained as it is for 0.5 second or more.b) The circuit shall be connected in series of choke with the resistance, and the current within300 ms shall be made to reach at least 95% of the value in the normal state.6. Test itemsThe door lock shall be tested as specified in 3 and 4 above.7. 在《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则――曳引与强制驱动电梯》中关于机械锁的规定为:电梯轿门到井道壁、与电梯轿门入口相对的井道壁间的间距要控制在0.15m之内。
如果载货电梯门锁设计是垂直滑动门的话,同时其部分高度在0.5m之下的话,其间距可以适当地扩大到0.2m。
如果电梯轿门设置了机械锁,同时电梯门只能在层门开锁区域内开启的话,那么对其间距没有特定的规定,电梯每一层门都需要安装的设备就是门锁装置。
经由弹簧或者是永久磁铁、重力作用即可以锁紧门锁装置,如果弹簧失效或磁铁失效的话,门锁是无法单单依靠重力开启的。
同时启动电梯的其中一个条件为,轿厢锁紧元件啮合一定要超过7mm。
