概 述 Summary
地震、泥石流、交通事故、恐怖袭击、人口老龄化、意外摔倒或高处坠落、压砸、扎 碾、撞挤所致等导致骨折发病逐年升高。 The incidence of fractures caused by earthquakes, mudslides, traffic accidents, terrorist attacks, aging populations, accidental falls or falls, crushing and squeezing is increasing year by year. 年轻人---交通事故、高处坠落Young people-traffic accidents, falling injuries from high places 老年人---摔倒。 Old people-fall
骨盆环能承受生理承重而无异常变形的能力。 Stability – ability of pelvic ring to withstand physiologic forces without abnormal deformation
后环：骶骨、髂骨、坐骨结节 Posterior ring of pelvis:sacrum, ilium, ischial tuberosity 前环：耻、坐骨支 Anterior ring of pelvis: pubic branch, ischial ramus
Surgical treatment is difficult and the effects of treatment is worse than that of other joint fractures. 骨盆骨折预后差、伤残、致畸率高； Poor prognosis, high disability and teratogenicity in pelvic fractures 尽早治疗利于减少疼痛、不愈合、畸型、愈合等并发症； Treatment as early as possible helps reduce complications such as pain, non-union, and malformations
