IATF16949审核可能会问到最高管理者(也有可能是管代)的问题

1.公司的经营计划;The company's business plan;

2. 公司的经营计划是如何编制的(制订计划的依据)?质量目标有没有考虑到计划中?

根据总公司的规定?根据过往的实际、行业的水平、市场的需求等参考要素,包含质量目标(如:内部质量成本)

objectives?

According to the regulations of the general company? The quality objectives (such as internal quality cost) are included in the reference elements of past reality, industry level, and market demand.

3. 公司的相关方有哪些?具体有什么要求和期望?如何满足相关方的期望?

我司进行过相关方识别评审活动,详见《相关方与期望要求识别表》、《相关方需求与期望评审表》

8. 针对体系的变更是如何管理的?How to manage the change of quality system?

除了IATF16949转版外,公司目前没有体系方面的变更,但策划了相应的变更流程,针对顾客及其要求的变更、公司组织架构、公司管理层或者公司所处的内外部环境等方面,一旦发

我司新员工培训的内容中包含质量方针内容,并且在一些公开场合进行悬挂宣传如走廊、食堂。

10. 组织的质量目标有哪些?是否包含组织总目标?各职能部门目标和各个层级的目标?制定质量目标的依据是什么?目标是否可以测量?制定的质量目标是否在期限内达到?制定的质量目标是否符合顾客的期望?

质量目标包括:“内部质量”“外部质量”“顾客抱怨”“售后问题”“及时反馈率”等,包含组织总目标。我司质量目标分解到各个部门,制定目标依据过往实际和集团公司要求,指定的目标我司会定期评审制定纠正预防措施。我们持续满足顾客要求。

12. 最高管理者是通过什么方式把顾客的要求和法律法规的要求沟通到组织的各个层次和全体员工的?我们是如何遵守这些法律法规的?

我司有例行的安全、质量、环境等会议,法律法规的相关要求会在会议上传递给部门负责人,
