2.电器设备状态的检修以可靠性为中心的检修和预测性检修是互相紧密联系而又不同的两个技术领域。前者是在评估元件可能故障对整个系统可靠性影响的基础上决定检修计划的一种策略,后者是根据对潜伏故障进行在线或离线测量的结果和其他信息来安排检修的技术。其关键是依靠先进的故障诊断技术对潜伏故障进行分类和严重性分析,以决定设备(部件)是否需要立即退出运行和制订应对措施。因此,电力设备状态检修技术涉及复杂的可靠性评价、传感技术、信息采集处理技术、干扰抑制技术、模式识别技术、故障严重性分析、寿命估计等领。实施状态检修的前提是:①健全的设备管理体制;②完善的检修质量管理体系;③灵活的设备运行方式;④齐全的设备管理台帐;⑤高素质的检修队伍、运行队伍和设备管理人员;⑥具备状态检修的设备记录和检测手段;⑦先进的测试、分析设备。电厂的
大部分设备要求实行状态检修,常用的检测技术有振动检测、油液分析、红外线热成像、超声波检漏、电机状态检测等。这里仅就电气设备作说明。状态检修涉及的电气设备,主要是针对需要经过时效考验并随着负载变化而出现的工况和寿命发生变化的电气一次设备,包括发电机、断路器、高低压电动机、大型变压器、中小型变压器、高压开关、隔离闸刀、CT(电流互感器)、CVT(电容式电压互感器)、PT(电压互感器)、避雷器、母线及连接、中压开关、配电变压器、高压套管、电力电缆、变频器、整流组件、绝缘子、电力电容器等。这里介绍一些新技术,不包括具体的设备选型,仅供设备订购或管理时参考。
