毕业设计是对大学所学的专业知识的全面检验,也是对一个学生的全面检验。本次设计选取的课题是联动夹紧铣床夹具设计,被加工零件为柴油机油泵下体,设计中涉及了机械制造工艺及机床夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差配合与测量等多方面的知识。

柴油机油泵下体的加工工艺规程及其夹具设计包括零件加工的工艺设计、工序设计以及专用夹具的设计三部分。在工艺设计中要首先对零件进行分析,了解零件的工艺再设计出毛坯的结构,并选择好零件的加工基准,设计出零件的工艺路线;接着对零件各个工步的工序进行尺寸计算,关键是决定出各个工序的工艺装备及切削用量;然后进行专用夹具的设计,选择设计出夹具的各个组成部件,如定位元件、夹紧元件、引导元件、夹具体与机床的连接部件以及其它部件。夹具设计时应根据对零件的分析,选取合适的定位元件、夹紧元件等,要准确确定它们的精度等级,以满足零件的加工精度。之后计算出夹具定位时产生的定位误差,分析夹具结构的合理性与不足之处,并在以后设计中注意改进。

夹具设计有很多种方案,本次设计是V型块定位,滚压块夹紧,利用联动夹紧机构同时夹紧多个零件并使夹紧力均匀分布。采用这套夹具可以有效的提高生产效率,而且结构简单紧凑,在节省资源的同时有效的提高了劳动生产力。

Graduation project is a comprehensive test of professional knowledge you learning in the university, but also is a comprehensive examination for a student. The selected topic of this design is link clamping miller fixture design, the parts be processed is the infrastructure of jerk pump,there are many knowledge in this design,such as the metal-cutting machine tool,tolerance and fit,the common difference coordination and the survey and so.

The technical schedule and the fixture design of the infrastructure of jerk pump include the technological design of parts processing,the working procedure design and the dedicated fixture design. In the first we should analysis of parts, understood the technology of the parts and designed the structure of blank,selected the die reference plane, designed the processing line; then counted the dimension size of the working procedure,the important is determined technological equipment and cutting data of the working procedure; Then designs the dedicated fixture, designs the part of the fixture, for example locates the part, clamps the part, guides the part, to clamp concrete and the engine bed connection part as well as other parts; Fixture design is based on the analysis of the parts, selects the appropriate setting element, the clamp part and so on, determine the grade of accuracy, satisfies the machining accuracy of the components. Position error which calculates the jig locates when produces, analyzes the jig structure the rationality and the deficiency, and will design in later pays attention to the improvement.

The fixture design has many kinds of plans. In this design, v-block positioning, moving platen clamping, Clamped link clamping mechanism make the clamping in the same time and cause the clamping force equidistribution. This fixture design can improve the output rate, and the structure is simple, While saved the resources and improved the labor productivity.
