BG12-4008血液透析机的原理与应用

摘要

血液透析是治疗肾功能衰竭的有效方法,它的基本功能是代替人体肾脏,清除人体,清除人体代谢废物,可以降低血液中的大多数毒性物质含量。完成此功能的基本手段是透析和超滤。溶质通过半透膜,从高浓度溶液向低浓度溶液移动,称为透析。液体在压力梯度作用下通过半透膜的运动,称为超滤,具体是指水份从血液侧向透析液侧移动。肾脏病人通过透析清除代谢废物,保持体内电解质、酸碱平衡;通过超滤,排除体内滞留的水份;这就是血液透析的基本原理。

本文对BG12-4008血液透析机原理及血液透析机的两大组成结构血液监护警报系统和透析液供给系统进行详细阐述。血液监护警报系统包括血泵、肝素泵、动静脉压监测和空气监测等;透析液供给系统包括温度控制系统、配液系统、除气系统、电导率监测系统、超滤监测和漏血监测等部分组成。论文也介绍了BG12-4008血液透析机应用过程中报警系统故障及维修方法。

ABSTRACT

Hemodialysis is an effective method for the treatment of renal failure, its basic function is to replace the human kidney, remove the body, removal of metabolic waste body, the content of toxic substances can be reduced most in the blood. Basic means to accomplish this function is dialysis and ultrafiltration. Solute through a semipermeable membrane from a solution of high concentration to low concentration of the solution moves called dialysis. Liquid under pressure gradient through the movement of the semipermeable membrane, called ultrafiltration, specifically refers to the water moving from the blood side to the dialysate side. Kidney dialysis patients by clearing metabolic waste, maintaining body electrolyte, acid-base balance; through ultrafiltration to exclude moisture retention in the body, which is the basic principle of hemodialysis.

In this paper, the structure of the two major components of blood and dialysate monitoring alarm systems supply system BG12-4008 hemodialysis machine principle and hemodialysis machines elaborate. Blood monitoring alarm system including blood pump, heparin pump, air movement and monitoring of the monitoring pulse; dialysate supply system includes a temperature control system with system liquid, degassing systems, the conductivity monitoring system, monitoring and blood leakage monitoring ultrafiltration component. Paper also describes the BG12-4008 hemodialysis machine application process alarm system failure and repair methods.
