篇章1:秘书实务案例及答案文档琳达是普天制药(中国)公司副总经理的秘书,她的男朋友是公司市场部杰克。
他俩准备在今年国庆节结婚,但由于公司不允许员工之间谈恋爱,所以他俩的关系在公司内部至今尚无人知晓。
这天上午公司开司务会,讨论人事问题,琳达来到会议室为大家添茶。
“最近xxx分公司的刘勇病得很厉害,那里的经理来电话让我们赶紧派人去顶替他……”人力资源部的胡经理说。
“派市场部杰克去如何?他还没有结婚。
”公司一位副总这样提议。
“我看可以。
”公司总经理说:“那就这样定了吧,这个月底就发调令,让他过去。
”人力资源部的胡经理马上回答:“行!我们在月底前给杰克办好调令。
”于是杰克去香港工作的事就这样定下来了。
这天下班后,琳达和胡毅又在那家幽静的小酒吧里约会。
“我想蜜月旅行最好还是去新马泰……”克杰说着,递给琳达一本精致的新马泰旅游小册子。
现在琳达感到十分苦恼。
不仅下半岸结婚的计划可能泡汤,即使结了婚也得忍受两地分居的煎熬。

秘书实务资料高级秘书职业规范--廖金泽:《怎样做高级秘书》上班规范:提前十分钟到办公室,逢人打招呼时应点头微笑,愉快地说:“早晨好!”然后做下列事情:用吸尘器清洗地毯,打扫房间;开窗透气,擦抹办公桌椅等用具,给电话机听筒两端消毒;为办公室内花卉植物浇水,整理枯叶;清除纸篓内的纸屑;检查审视墙壁饰物是否端正;调节室内空调温度和湿度,调整百叶窗或垂直帘角度,使之保持一致的角度;把日历翻到当天,检查时钟是否准确;把盖章用的橡皮印调整至当天;把报刊杂志堆放排列整齐。
准备好各类办公用品;把日程表和必要的文件资料、当日报纸放在上司桌上,准备好茶水;换上职业服装;开始工作。
下班规范:下班时推迟十分钟离开办公室。
当上司和同事离去时,一一和他们告别,同时完成下列事情:将手头尚未完成的工作整理一下,按主次放好,以便次日一开工就能投入工作继续做下去;换下职业服装;关闭所有办公设备(除传真机外),切断电源,抽屉、柜橱门、窗,再仔细检查一遍,确认无误后,锁门离开办公室。

一、办公室环境布置和维护(一)开放式办公室与封闭式办公室开放式办公室:开放式办公室是大的空间包含众多单个工作位置的组合,每一个工作位置通常包括该员工的办公桌、文件和文具的存放空间、椅子、电话、计算机等设备。
封闭式办公室:封闭式办公室又称为传统办公室、网格式办公室,是指分隔成若干带有门、窗的独立的小房间的办公室结构,每个房间给一或几个人使用,带有办公桌等相应设备。
两种办公室的优缺点开放式:优点:1、灵活应变,工作位置能随需要而移动、改变;2、节省面积和门、墙等,节省费用,能容纳更多的员工;3、易于沟通,便于交流;4、易受监督,员工的行为容易得到上司的督察;5、容易集中化服务和共享办公设备缺点:1、难保机密;2、难集中注意力,员工容易受电话、人们起动等干扰3、房间易有噪音,如说话声、打电话声和操作设备声易影响他人;4、员工难于找到属于自己的私人空间封闭式:优点:1、比较安全,可以锁门;2、易于保证工作的机密性;3、易于员工集中注意力,从事细致或专业工作;4、易于保证隐私,明确办公间由自己使用缺点:1、费用高,墙、门、走廊等占用空间多并要装修2、难于监督工作人员的活动3、难于交流,员工被分隔开,易感觉孤独如何在适当面积的空间中获取组织的最大效益是一个组织在选择和设计办公结构和布局时必须考虑的。

The purpose of the contract should be clearly established. Of course, the purpose may not be illegal. A contract for an illegal exchange is not legally valid. For example, forcing people to pay debts by violence or coercion is illegal in most countries, including China. Therefore, you cannot have a legal contract for hiring someone to use violence to get some debts paid back to your company.
A contract cannot exist without consideration. In a legal contract, something of value must be exchanged for something else. This is known as "consideration". Two types of goods or service can be exchanged, though most contracts now involve the exchange of a product or service for money.
