Local person are capable of acquiring information and contacting outside world by telephone, telegraph, fax, and the Internet. Thanks to the situation of lacking of medical care and medicine, human’s fitness levels have increased dramatically. The life expectancy at birth of Tibetan people have increased form 35.5 years old to 67 years old compared to 1950s.
