摘要
大多数焊接工装是为某种焊接组合件的装配焊接工艺而专门设计的,属于非标准装置,往往需要根据产品结构特点、生产条件和实际需要自行设计制造。本次车门焊接夹具的设计亦不例外。焊接工装设计室生产准备工作的重要内容之一,也是焊接生产工艺的主要设计内容之一。
对于汽车、摩托车和飞机等制造业,可以毫不夸张的说,没有焊接工装夹具就没有产品。通过在工艺设计时提出所需要的工装类型、结构草图和简要说明,在此基础上完成详细的结构和零件设计及全部图样。工装设计的质量对生产效率、加工成本、产品质量以及生产安全等有直接影响为此,设计焊接工装时必须考虑实用性、经济性、可靠性和艺术性等。在夹具设计和制造过程中,普遍存在尺寸链为题。在把零件组装成装配体的过程中,也就是将零件上有关尺寸进行组合和积累。由于零件尺寸存在制造误差,因此装配时也就会有误差的综合和积累。积累后形成的总误差将会影响机器的工作性能和质量。这就形成了零件的尺寸误差和综合误差之间的相互影响关系。因此合理地确定零件的尺寸和形位公差显得尤为重要。

ABSTRACT
Most welding jig for some welding assembly is the assembly welding process and a specially designed, belongs to the non-standard equipment, often need according to product structure characteristic, production condition and actual need to design manufacturing. This time the door of welding jig design is no exception. Welding jig design production preparation work of the important content, is also a major design welding production process one of the contents. For the car, motorcycle and aircraft and other manufacturing industries, can it is no exaggeration to say, no welding jig is no products. Through the process design of equipment needed to put forward types, structure sketches and briefly explain, based on the structure and complete detailed parts design and all designs. Tooling design on production efficiency and the quality of the manufacturing cost, product quality and production safety, so direct shadow ring, welding fixtures must consider when the practicability and economy, reliability and artistic quality, etc. The fixture design and the manufacture process and the prevalent topic dimension chain. In the parts assembled into the process of assembling body parts, it is about size combination and accumulation. Because parts size manufacturing error, so there will be also assembling the comprehensive and accumulation error. After the total error accumulation form will affect the machine for the work performance and quality. This creates a part size error and the integrated error the interrelation between. Because this reasonably determine the parts dimension, form and position tolerances is particularly important.
