Abstrac:t A series of w aterbo r ne polyurethane e m u lsions m odified by copo l y m er izati o n w ith WACKER I M 22、RHODORSI L O I L 1647V60、KF-6001and traditi o na l hydroxy -ter m i n ated silicon o il respecti v ely for leather fi n ish i n g w ere synthesized ,and character ized w ith GPC ,DSC ,TE M and TGA and the ir fi n ish i n g properties on leathers w ere m easured 1The resu lts show ed tha,t the nu m ber average re lative m o lecular w eight decreased,wh ile the
t h er m a l deco mposab ility w as si m ilar to the un m odified w ater bo r ne po l y urethane .The co m pati b ility o f soft and har d seg m en ts o fw aterborne polyure t h ane m odified by WACKER I M 22w as good.The freezing resistance and leveling effectw ere good when t h e m ass ratio of theWACKER I M 22to po lypropy lene glyco lw as 20%.The b i n d i n g po w er w as good when t h e leathers w ere finished by w aterborne polyuret h ane modified by hydr oxyl based silicon o i.l The hand fee li n g of said leat h er sty le w as n ice and soft and the w ater resistance property w as increased.K ey w ords :w aterborne po l y urethane ;leather fi n ish i n g ;hydroxy -ter m i n ated silicon o i;l leve li n g effect

引 言
水性聚氨酯是一类重要的皮革涂饰剂,它耐磨、柔韧性好,可增加皮革的美观和耐用性.水性聚氨酯链上含有亲水基团,因此形成的涂膜耐水性差,常需要改性.目前改性方法有交联、共混、共
聚、纳米技术等,而采用有机硅改性聚氨酯是当前的研究热点之一

.传统的端羟基聚二甲基硅氧
烷的)OH 与)NC O 反应形成极易水解的Si )O )C
键,而有机硅低聚物二元醇(siloxane oligo m er d-i o ls ,SOD)中)OH 基团通过烷基或醚键与硅原子 Recei ved d ate :2006-05-11.
