• 下交叉综合征(LCS),又称为骨盆交叉综合征,由肌肉 系统的失平衡而引起的骨盆及下肢的运动链受损而导致的 症候群,常常会累及下腰部、骨盆、髋、膝及踝关节。

• Lower Crossed Syndrome (LCS), also known as pelvic crossed syndrome, is described as a muscle imbalance pattern that affects the lower kinetic chain which includes the lumbopelvic hip complex, knee, and ankle.
• 腰椎与骨盆的运动方向相反,称为反向腰 盆节律

• Lumbopelvic Rhythm The lower, caudal end of the axial skeleton is firmly attached to the pelvis by way of the sacroiliac joints. As a consequence, rotation of the pelvis over the femoral heads typically changes the configuration of the lumbar spine. This important kinematic relationship is known as lumbopelvic rhythm.
– 髂腰肌 – 股直肌 – 竖脊肌 – 腰方肌 – 阔筋膜张肌(TFL) – 梨状肌
