基于核心素养的高中思想政治议题式教学设计——以“公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展”为例摘要2020年修订版课程标准在“教学与评价”建议部分指出“围绕议题,设计活动型学科课程的教学”,进一步明确了思政课的教学要求。

从本质上来说,议题式教学是一种基于真实议题、真实场景、真实学习而达到真实效果的教学方法,指向的是学生的核心素养,彰显学生学习主体性地位。

采用议题式教学可以很好地解决往日思政课教学”空中楼阁”的现象,使之成为一门学生喜欢听、愿意上、主动学的课程。

关键词:高中政治;议题式教学;教学设计议题式教学是承担高中思想政治活动型课程实施的重要载体,每位思政课教师必须要具备创设议题的能力。

当前统编版高中思想政治新教材正在实施中,我围绕着必修二《经济与社会》第一课《我国的基本经济制度》中的第一框内容进行了议题式教学设计,对开展议题式教学实践做了一定的尝试和探索。

一、全方位本课分析,实现优化课堂效果1、课标分析要求掌握公有制经济、非公有制经济各自的地位、作用,阐述公有制经济与非公有制经济相互依存、共同发展。

2、教材分析选自统编版高中思想政治必修二第一单元第一课的第一框,阐述公有制经济地位、作用以及主体地位的必然性和重要体现,非公有制经济的地位、作用以及坚持公有经济与非公有经济相互促进、共同发展的重要意义。

3、学情分析高一年级的学生已经具备了一定的知识与能力基础,并且在初中阶段他们已经初步接触并了解了我国的基本国情、基本路线和基本经济制度的相关知识,但是学习深度不够比较浅显,需要进一步深入学习4、落实核心素养政治认同:能够坚信以公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度是适合中国国情的好制度,增强经济制度自信、经济理论自信科学精神:通过运用比较分析法,一方面能够区分我国公有制经济的主体地位和国有经济的主导作用,另一方面也要会区分两种所有制经济形,把握各自的地位和作用;通过设置应用性问题,引发学生讨论,培养学生良好思辨能力和合作精神。

在髙中思想政治课的教学过程当中,议题式教学的引入,能够打破传统的僵硬化教学模式,拓展学生的思维与实践空间,构建活动型学科课堂,对学生核心素养的塑造与培育具有重要的促进作用。

一、议题式教学的内涵价值1.议题式教学的基本内涵。

议题式教学是指教师能够结合实际教学目标以及要求,设计有效的教学活动,将主要讨论的话题通过议题的方式呈现给学生,为学生创造交流和讨论的平台。

这种教学方式使得学生在教育中的主体地位得到更多的关注,便于其综合能力和核心素养的形成。

政治课议题教学,应主要围绕两个方面进行科学定义,一方面是议题教学的含义;另一方面是高中思想政治课的学科特点。

作为当代公民,思想政治课以立德树人为根本任务,确定正确的人生观、价值观及世界观,培养学生美好生活的态度,追求真善美。

为此,高中思想政治课的议题教学就是指,教师能够立足于课程学科特点,以立德树人为主旨,结合实际的教学内容,合理设计议题讨论活动,便于学生在真实的情境中充分进行交流和讨论,尽量发挥自己的思想,将正确的价值观内化于心、外化于行;将社会核心主流思想融入其意识当中,使其形成正确的价值判断与选择。

2.议题式教学的重要价值。

思想政治课是一门非常重要的德育生活课程,具有很强的时代性。

在教学过程中,教师将教学内容与实践生活紧密结合,教学活动设计具有高度的开放性。

高中思想政治课程的议题教学,结合教学的基本知识点,将知识给予拓展,强化学生对社会热点话题的关注度,而且每一个议题都没有一个绝对的答案,这样,学生在理性思维的作用下,能够自圆其说。

②推动教学更具实践性。

议题式教学使学生更加注重将理论与实践相统一,在生活中对相关问题进行探讨咨询,摸索总结规律,并用来论证自己的结论,在讨论和交流的过程中,学生需要积极地参与其中,这能有效增强其合作探究的能力,对学生核心素养的生成具有重要价值。
