不同产地当归的鉴别及现代药理的研究

[摘要] 目的 对来自甘肃岷县、宕昌、漳县、以及云南鹤庆所产当归进行鉴别，并对有关当归的现代药理进行研究。 方法 从性状鉴定、显微鉴别、理化鉴定等3个方面对不同产地的当归进行鉴别，并以当归的现代药理研究为关键词，在CNKI，万方等网站进行检索，归纳总结当归的现代药理研究。 结果 岷当归表面呈深黄色，断面点状分泌腔多而明显，油室较其他三个产地的多，挥发油含量最高，根杂乱无序散开，香气浓郁。云南鹤庆当归木质部导管的排列既有放射状排列又有杂乱无序散开者，宕昌和漳县当归木部导管排列成放射状。结论 岷当归质量明显优于其他产地所产当归。当归对血液及造血系统，心血管系统，对免疫功能，肝脏等都有保护作用，并且具有改善肺功能，抗辐射等现代药理作用。

Study on the identification of Danggui from different districts and modern pharmacological research

Methods Danggui(Angelica sinensis)from different districts were tested by macroscopical identification,microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification,comparative study was also performed. And then we used pharmacological of Danggui(Angelica sinensis)as key words to search in CNKI,Wanfangetc database,then summary of the modern pharmacology of Danggui(Angelica sinensis).Results Danggui(Angelica sinensis)from Minxian has deep yellow color,the section punctate secretory cavity was more and obvious,the oil chamber was more than the other three districts,More oil cavities in Min Danggui showed the highest contents of volatile oil,the root was spread out and out of order.Danggui from heqing of Yunnan,vessels arranged in ray-like sequence in Danggui from Dangchang and Zhangxian while they were in irregular sequences in MinxianDanggui. Conculsion Danggui(Angelica sinensis)from Minxian country is superior to the other districts of Danggui(Angelica sinensis),and it possess protection effect on cardiovascular and hematopoietic system,immune function, liver system,it can improve lung function,it possess anti-raidiation effects etc.

当归是伞形科植物当归[angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels]的干燥根。生长于海拔1800～2500m高寒阴湿地区，甘肃，云南是其主要的地产区。当归味甘、辛，性温，具有补血活血，调经镇痛，润肠通便等功效[1]。临床上有十方九归之说，现代药理研究证明其具有多种功效[2]。本研究中对来自甘肃岷县、宕昌、漳县、以及云南鹤庆所产当归进行鉴别，并且对有关当归的现代药理研究进行综述，现报道如下。

1 材料与方法

1.1 材料

当归药材由云南鹤庆（鹤庆中药材有限公司）、甘肃岷县（岷县中药材有限公司）、宕昌（宕昌县中药材有限公司）和漳县（漳县中药材公司）提供，各个产地当归的部位、生长年限、生长的海拔和采集时间等方面无统计学差异（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 试剂

试验中所用到的正己烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、HG/ T2354-92G薄层层析硅胶、甲苯、无水乙醇和盐酸、二甲苯等试剂均来自于北京化工厂，均为化学纯，水合氯醛透试液、斯氏液、稀甘油封藏液、蒸馏水透试液。
