内容摘要

现代化企业迫切需要更多具有国际视野、勇于开拓创新的高层次管理人才。在实践中,人们发现良好的企业形象是保证企业在竞争中取胜的重要砝码,由此,越来越多的企业重视自身的形象塑造,以此进一步增强企业的竞争能力。本文通过对现代企业领导形象的内涵、表现形式、决定因素及塑造途径的系统阐释,探析了塑造现代企业领导形象的必然性,力图从领导者自身的角度开拓出提升领导形象的途径,从而提升企业的内在凝聚力和市场竞争力。

Abstract

The chain management in China was grown up from the early1990s. From the early1990s to modern times,it is only a few years which has been experienced the rudimentary stage to mature stage.The chain management is gradually become the mainstream format of China's retail industry.For the development of chain management in China,retail industry has been awash with its beginning.We know that the chain management in China was original from retail industry.The development of chin management can trace back to the beginning of the retail industry.The21st century is not only the competitive era of retail industry,but also the opportunity of high-speed development of retail industry.It is a period which is coexisted with opportunity and challenge. The key of how to get a profit for enterprise is that using the best profit model. As a latest organization form which can change our traditional retail sales,the chin management plays an important role in promoting the circulation of commodities,meeting the demands of people’s consumption and so on.

This paper analyzed the operation of the chin management mode profits in four different industries.Through the paper,we know the operation of chain enterprises has been experienced the early initiate stage,the middle incubation stage.And in recent years,it shows the high-speed development momentum.It further shows that the chain operation mode brings huge benefits.When China's retail market is opening up to foreign countries,the Chinese super market is coped with the keen competition of domestic super market,meanwhile,faced the giant fierce competition which is from international retail hegemony.Confronted with such grim development situation,how to timely change operation mode is the fundamental way.
