一、安全绿十字工作法简介:

1、安全绿十字管理方法，是通过不同的颜色在每月工作日历中体现各种事故发生的类别和频次，是现场目视化管理工具的一种。旨在实时提醒现场工作人员，及时调整现场管理中安全事故的控制手段。

Green cross safety management method, through different colors in the monthly working calendar reflects various categories and frequency of the accident ,is one field of visual management tools.Aims at real-time remind site staff, timely adjust the safety accident in site management control means.

2、安全绿十字能够体现的事故类别主要包括：失能事故（disability accident)、损失工作日事故（loss of work day accident)、急救事故（emergency accident)、险肇事故（risk of accident origin)等。

3、按照惯例，无事故（No accident）使用绿色表示，红色表示失能事故，黄色表示损失工作日事故，蓝色表示急救事故，灰色表示险肇事故。

4.1失能事故：是指因事故原因导致工人完全丧失工作能力，致残（盲、哑、聋），中毒，甚至丧失生活自理能力的重大事故。
