1E-mail:*************************23-Way & 4-Way Valves, 2 & 3 PositionGENERAL DESCRIPTIONWafer SealingWafer type elastomer sealingprovides leakproof and low frictionoperation throughout entire pressure range.Versa’s C-Series, C5, C7 & C9, valves are multi-purpose three and four-way, 2 and 3 position, solenoid/pilot, pilot and manually operated pneumatic valves consisting of two body types; side ported and manifold mounted. All the C-Series solenoid valves utilize a high performance solenoid pilot design. This design takes advantage of the available media pressure/force to shift valve assuring positive shifting. A low power solenoid controls the pilot signal which provides the positive force for shifting the valve spool. Solenoid/pilot supply can be either Inpilot or Expilot.Double solenoid/pilot 2 position models feature detented offset positions. Double solenoid/pilot 3 position models feature a spring return to the unactuated center position with all ports blocked or exhaust ports open in the center position or cylinder ports open to inlet.A balanced, packed spool is the flow controlling element of each valve. The balanced spool allows the force necessary to shift the valve to remain independent of the pressure of the medium being controlled. 配用多弹簧执行机构具有结构简单、重量轻、体积小、拆装方便等优点。
广泛应用于精确控制气体、液体等介质,工艺参数如压力、流量、温度、液位保持在给定值。
适合于把一种流体通过三通阀分成两路流出(分流)或者是把二种流体通过三通阀合并成一种流体(合流)的场合。
本系列产品有三通合流和三通分流两种。
公称压力有1.6、2.5、4.0、6.4MPa;阀体口径范围DN25~200。
适用流体温度由-600C~+4500C。
泄漏量标准IV级。
流量特性有直线、抛物线两种。
特点·流体对阀芯作用方式都处于流开状态,故阀能稳定工作。
·除上阀盖处衬导套向外,阀芯侧面与阀座内表面也有导向作用,导向面积大,工作可靠。
·执行机构采用多弹簧结构,相对于传统阀门高度减30%,重量减轻30%。

三、结构性能阀门的箱体是阀门的主体,要有足够的刚度和强度,以保证与进料管和出料管的联结和承受自重和物料重,因此由8—10mm厚的钢板焊接而成,同时要保证翻板在其内不受刮、碰影响的翻转,供物料通过。
翻板是关闭和开通物料流量的主要部件,因此要求有足够的刚度、强度和耐磨性,因此选用8--14mm厚的钢板制成,为了保证耐磨性,在阀门体内侧板、翻板两面衬挂耐磨性好的聚氨脂板或65Mn 板,为了降低料流在翻板上的流速,在其上加横档板以降低流速,减少磨损。
四、气动三通阀门的使用与保养气动三通阀门在使用前,首先检查其内部有无异物,卡刮翻板,气源压力应达到额定气压,管路应严密无泄漏,压缩空气应干净,应有过滤器和油雾器,活塞杆、连杆应灵活自如。
连接点螺栓、螺母不得有松动,气缸不得有泄露,检查行程开关控制的位置是否合适,如不正确应调整行程开关的位置。
五、故障的检查与维修见下表:六、气缸的安装和使用要求1、气缸在安装前应首先检查气缸在运输时是否损坏,连接部件是否松动,调整好后再行安装。
2、安装时气缸活塞杆不得承受偏心载荷或横向载荷,应使载荷方向与活塞杆轴线一致。
3、无论采用何种安装型式,都必须保证缸体不变形,气缸的安装底座要有足够的刚度,不允许负载和活塞杆的连接用电焊焊接。
4、气缸水平安置时,特别是长行程气缸,用水平仪进行三点位置(活塞杆全部伸出、中间及全部退回)检验。
5、速度调整,首先将速度控制阀(单向节流阀)的开度放在调整范围的中间位置,随后逐渐调节减压阀的输出压力,当气缸接近预定速度时,即可确定工作压力,最终速度不至撞击气缸盖为宜。

一、用途与性能特点TFPQ系列气动三通、四通,主要用于粮食、饲料、化工、肥料等行业中颗粒或粉状物料在输料设备及管道中分路或分配,是实现自动化生产线中的必备设备。
该设备采用气压传动,电磁阀换向,行程开关控制,操作简单,换向动作迅速,工作性能稳定。
该设备使用时需具备0.6-0.8Mpa的气压源。

图一、小样图三、主要结构及工作原理1、TFPQ系列气动三通、四通主要由壳体、翻板、带阀气缸、摆杆机构,限位开关等部件组成,利用接入的气压源推动气缸伸缩而带动翻板打开和关闭料道,利用电控系统实现气缸换向和发出到位信号。
2、气动系统(见图二),主要由QGBⅡ40×150-MP4型气缸,2636000、0201型二位五通电磁换向阀,换向阀上装有2件QLX-L8型排气消声节流阀,在接气压源的管道上加装398、223型气源处理三联件(本机未带),及耐压软管、管接头等组成。
电磁换向阀控制气缸伸、缩换向,气缸运行速度(即排气速度)可通过节流阀调节,消声器消除排气噪音、气源处理三联件可限制进入气缸的气源压力,过滤气源水份,且向气源中喷雾化油以润滑气缸。
3、电控部分主要由电磁换向阀、行程开关、换向开关、指示灯(换向开关、指示灯本机未带)组成。
假如需关闭料道1 向料道2供料时,转动(或按动)换向开关至2状态,电磁换向阀得电,气缸推动翻板关闭料道1,到位后行程开关1接通指示灯发出信号(灯1红色──关闭,灯2绿色──打开)。
在上述状态下,如需关闭料道2向料道1供料、换向开关至1状态,电磁换向阀失电、气缸推动翻板关闭料道2,到位后行程开关2接通指示灯发出信号(灯1绿色,灯2红色)。
四、运输与贮存1、TFPQ系列气动三通、四通在运输和存放中宜立放,不宜平放。
2、在放三个月以上不用时,气缸应处在收缩状态,行程开关应处在放松状态。
五、安装与调试1、本机安装前应检查各部件装配完整,无松动,进行空载调试,翻板运行到位无卡碰,气缸动作平稳,电磁换向阀换向灵敏,行程开关限位可靠。

danfoss三通阀门使用说明Danfoss三通阀门是指采用高强度不锈钢、合金、陶瓷等材料制成的一种阀门。
其主要特点在于强度高、耐磨损、寿命长。
特别适用于化工、石油、冶金、机械等行业。
本阀门的使用寿命一般为40-50年左右,在使用过程中如出现漏水等问题应及时检修,避免造成不必要的损失。
1. Danfoss三通阀门不允许用手直接接触阀门内的介质,否则将损坏阀门结构。
如必须接触时,应注意防止液体飞溅到阀体上,造成损坏。
当阀门开启时,手不能接触到阀门内部,请使用其它保护工具对阀门进行检修。
由于阀门内部泄漏或损坏引起阀门关闭不严密或停止工作时,使阀门处于关闭状态。
如操作不当将会造成泄漏或损坏阀门内部元件。
2.阀门安装前应检查各零件、管件是否完整以及内部有无油污、铁锈等。
在安装阀门前,必须先清洗管道和阀门,以免安装时出现卡塞等现象。
安装阀门时,应使阀门置于合适的位置。
阀门的密封面和球面之间的间隙应保持在1-2 mm内,以免影响密封效果。
在安装阀门前一定要将阀门打开检查密封是否完好。
在管道上安装阀门时应尽量减少阀门之间的距离。
阀门的安装方向应与管道上安装阀门时所选定的方向一致。
关闭时阀门应处于开启状态。
安装阀门后应进行检验,确保密封性能良好。
阀门应有良好的密封性能,且密封面不得有砂眼、气孔、裂纹、疏松和缩孔等缺陷,密封性能应符合表1-3要求。
3.在安装过程中应注意的是必须安装好法兰和垫片,以免阀门因振动、冲击而损坏。
如果没有法兰和垫片,可以安装在法兰上,也可以安装在阀门上。
安装时要注意法兰上与阀门壳体垂直、相互平行,在安装时应使阀门在水平位置,不能与管道平行以免影响阀门的密封。
安装法兰和密封垫片时应注意保证法兰的密封面和垫片压紧,以免阀门因振动、冲击而损坏。

三通阀在某些场合可以替代两个二通阀和一个三通接管而得到广泛应用,常用于热交换器的两相调节,也可用于简单的配比调节。

工作条件温度:-25℃~+55℃相对湿度:5%~100%二、工作原理和结构ZJHX/Q气动薄膜三通调节阀由气动薄膜执行机构和三通阀两部份组成。
(如图1)外来的气动信号压力输入薄膜室后,在波纹膜片上产生推力,此力压缩弹簧组,使推杆移动而带动阀杆使阀芯开关,直至推力与弹簧组被压缩后的反力平衡而稳定在某个行程上为止。
依照上述原理,阀芯的行程大小与输入信号压力的大小形成一定的比例关系。
气动多弹簧薄膜执行机构按作用方式可分为正作用式和反作用式两种。
当信号压力增加时,推杆往伸出膜室的方向动作的执行机构为正作用式,型号为ZHA型。

They offer versatility in operating requirements and allowable pressure limits. For a ¼” size control valve, they offer exceptional flow capacity.OperationThe 3-way pilot valves feature modular construction and incorporate a sliding spool. The standard spool has a small center dead spot position and no valve port overlap. With the spool fully to the left (rest position), Port 2 is open to Port 3 and Port 1 is closed. With the spool moved to the right (actuated position), Port 2 is open to Port 1 and Port 3 is closed. The valves are available with a variety of manual and pressure operators and with manual, pressure or spring returns. Order service kits by the service kit model number which is identified by the basic valve model and operator, finish and thread code found in the AMOT valve part number. Refer to the AMOT valve part number printed on the valve nameplate and the AMOT valve part number structure in the how to order section on page 4.Over time, exposure to foreign chemicals and particulate matter as well as prolonged operation at extreme conditions may reduce the effectiveness of the valve. At such time, AMOT Pilot Valves can be restored to original performance simply by installing an AMOT pilot valve service kit. Service kits include all new seals and diaphragm required for normal maintenance.When these valves are used in safety control systems, it is recommended that the system be checked MONTHLY for proper functioning. The unit must be kept clean and free of dust. The end cap is to be regularly inspectedfor signs of damage or rust and replaced if necessary. Ensure that regular inspections of the valve and end cap are carried out to ensure that it is kept clean and free from wear, damage or rust. If the valve shows signs of process fluid leakage, examine the seals. If the valve is subjected to prolonged periods of high vibration at low temperatures, it is possible that wear may occur to the disc assembly and it is recommended that the valve is isolated and safely removed from the system, and returned to AMOT for examination.AMOT designs and tests all its products to ensure that high quality standards are met. 气动三通阀门主要有箱体、翻板、摆杆、气缸、行程开关等组成。
三、结构性能
阀门的箱体是阀门的主体,要有足够的刚度和强度,以保证与进料管和出料管的联结和承受自重和物料重,因此由8—10mm厚的钢板焊接而成,同时要保证翻板在其内不受刮、碰影响的翻转,供物料通过。
翻板是关闭和开通物料流量的主要部件,因此要求有足够的刚度、强度和耐磨性,因此选用8--14mm厚的钢板制成,为了保证耐磨性,在阀门体内侧板、翻板两面衬挂耐磨性好的聚氨脂板或65Mn 板,为了降低料流在翻板上的流速,在其上加横档板以降低流速,减少磨损。
四、气动三通阀门的使用与保养
气动三通阀门在使用前,首先检查其内部有无异物,卡刮翻板,气源压力应达到额定气压,管路应严密无泄漏,压缩空气应干净,应有过滤器和油雾器,活塞杆、连杆应灵活自如。
连接点螺栓、螺母不得有松动,气缸不得有泄露,检查行程开关控制的位置是否合适,如不正确应调整行程开关的位置。

六、气缸的安装和使用要求
1、气缸在安装前应首先检查气缸在运输时是否损坏,连接部件
是否松动,调整好后再行安装。
2、安装时气缸活塞杆不得承受偏心载荷或横向载荷,应使载荷
方向与活塞杆轴线一致。
3、无论采用何种安装型式,都必须保证缸体不变形,气缸的安
装底座要有足够的刚度,不允许负载和活塞杆的连接用电焊
焊接。
4、气缸水平安置时,特别是长行程气缸,用水平仪进行三点位
置(活塞杆全部伸出、中间及全部退回)检验。
5、速度调整,首先将速度控制阀(单向节流阀)的开度放在调
整范围的中间位置,随后逐渐调节减压阀的输出压力,当气
缸接近预定速度时,即可确定工作压力,最终速度不至撞击
气缸盖为宜。
6、气缸安装后在无负载的情况下运行2-3次,检查气缸是否正
常。
7、气缸采用耳座安装连接时,气缸保持在同一平面内摆动,不
允许有扭转力矩。
七、气缸的维护与保养
1、气缸使用时要保证气源压力达到额定值,气压应稳定。
2、保证压缩空气的清洁。
3、定期向油雾器内加润滑油。
4、定期向回转耳座、回转轴处加润滑油。
5、活塞杆不应淋雨或受腐蚀性气体熏染。
6、活塞杆不应受其他外力的作用。
7、活塞杆不应划伤或碰变形。
8、长期使用后,气缸动作不灵敏时,检查活塞环、O型环是否
损坏或缸体内径是否划伤或磨损。
