《Unit 1 The Great Wall》说课稿说课人：彭婷一、说教材（1）、教材简析本教材是我国北京外语研究社和英国麦克米伦出版公司共同推出的我国第一套中小学“一条龙”英语教材。
它在选材方面具有优先性，适应性，科学性，能够优先选登并且适应小学生学习的特点，而且具有很科学性的教学内容。
（2）、教材的地位与作用本课是小学六年级第一册《新标准英语》Module 1《Unit 1 The Great Wall》，它是整个模块的第1课时。
它通过练习对话，让学生表演中学习英语，培养小学生学习英语的兴趣以及综合语言运用的能力。

（一）说教材
理论依据: 阅读是组成英语课程资源的基本要素, 把握本 课阅读的定位和作用, 并以此为依据分析和设计教学步骤, 体 现教学大纲的意图, 从而使教师成功驾御教学过程, 取得最佳 教学效果。 Unit1Travel是基础模块下册的第一个单元，起到衔接 上、下册教材的作用，是学生进一步巩固和提高英语水平的依 托，而本课又是unit1 的第一课，是学生英语水平进入新阶 段的关键一课。作为新学期的第一课，该单元的语言知识和技 能都是围绕“travel”这一话题，而本课则讨论世界奇观—— 中国长城。通过对这个话题的讨论和学习，使学生学会与旅行， 与长城相关的词汇和句型，并能够自由的表达自己的观点和看 法，增强口头表达技巧和英语实际运用能力。

教学策略选择与设计及学法指导
说教法
1）任务驱动法。通过给学生布置任务，使学生明确学习目标， 让学生通过自身的努力，去获得成功的果实。 2）情景教学法。通过模拟真实的导游工作，使学生身临其境， 创造性地表达交流，把单调机械的景点介绍 变的更加生动活泼。 3）竞争激励法。教学中设计了两个比赛，看哪组导游准备的 全面并介绍的好，哪组答对课前的问题 又多又快并给与加分奖励，以此来调动 全班同学投入课堂。
