教学过程

1. Who is the athlete?

2. What does he do?

3. How many Olympics did he take part in?

4. Did he get medals in the Olympics?

Step4.Listen to the tape and sing the song together. If they can‘t fol low

it play the tape again.

Step5. Read the tape as a poem. Then show some language points to the class.

Let them make sentences with the language points or organize a short passage.

Remember the language points in a certain situation.

Step6. Let the students sing after me and sing loudly. Practice singing until

everybody sings the song well. Then ask two volunteers who are willing to sing and

act out the song to the class. One sings while the other acts.

After that, let the students listen to some more Olympic songs.

Step8.Do some exercises in the activity books, workbooks and Zi Yuan.

Step9. Summarize this text. This lesson we have learnt to sing a song

about Olympics. And we also listen some more Olympic theme songs. Who

can tell me what the Olympic spirit is? So what can we learn from the

songs? Yes .We should never give up studying, try to be the best.

Step10. Home work: Do the rest of the exercises in the workbooks and

the activity books.

本节课后的教学目标评价:

本节课应让学生掌握本课的重点词汇: do one’s best , believe, give up 句型: Good luck to sb., make sb. +adj./V., believe/believe in.学唱歌曲Good luck to you.让学生通过听唱,集体唱,分组唱等形式来学唱.

教后反思:

兴趣是最好的老师.所以本节课要通过学唱进一步激发学生学英语的兴趣,

提高学生的学习主动性和积极的学习态度.给学生大量的时间进行练习学唱歌曲,让学生大胆的张嘴说唱英语,从而达到本节课的教学目标。
