工业企业物流外包决策及风险防范

摘要
全球经济的一体化和消费者个性化需求的不断增加对工业企业应变市场的柔性
提出了更高的要求。工业企业需把主要精力集中在核心业务上,与全球范围的企业建
立战略合作关系,形成供应链管理模式;将非核心的物流业务外包给其他专业的企业
去做,形成所谓的“物流外包”。
本文首先对物流外包进行了理论研究,灵活运用经济学理论对物流外包的机理进
行了分析,当物流功能具有战略重要性时,企业一般选择自营,否则将选择物流外包:
以资产专用性为自变量,研究了基于成本效益分析的物流外包行为决策方法。以经济
理论为基础,结合定性分析和定量分析,提出了改进的物流外包行为决策方案。当企
业决定将物流业务外包后,首先面临的是物流供应商的选择,本文根据物流市场的实
际情况建立了供应商评价选择指标体系,并采用了多层次灰色评价法和理想解法两种
模型解决这一问题。工业企业将物流外包的过程中必然存在着风险,本文对物流外包
风险的形成机理进行了分析,应用模糊综合评价法建立了风险预警评价系统。给出了
防范物流外包风险的措施,包括重视物流管理人才、建立信息共享机制、签订严密合
理的外包合同、企业对物流外包商的监督和建立完善的物流外包激励机制。基于前面
的理论研究,最后以Case公司进行了案例分析。
本文的研究成果将有助于企业对物流外包及其风险有一个更客观的认识,从而使
企业不再对物流外包采取一种被动的回避态度,而是主动地去利用它来为自己服务,
并采取有效措施防范随之而来的风险。

As the integrative of the global economic and the increasing of the cOnSLU*nOF’S
individuation demand,industrial corporation must have strong adaptability.Industrial
Corporation should put main energy in core operation,set up strategic cooperative relation with other corporation in global area,SO it form supply-chain management pattern.
Industrial Corporation outsourcing its subsidiary logistics to other professional enterprise,
thus the lclgistics outsourcing is formed.
This paper firstly studied the theory of the logistics outsourcing.analyzed the
mechanism of the logistics outsourcing with the economic theory.If the function of
logistics has important strategic status,the
corpormion should select self-support,
otherwise select logistics outsourcing;the paper studies the logistics outsourcing behavior
based on cost and benefit analyze taking the capital particularity as the independent
variable.When the corporation decides to outsourcing the logistics.it is faced wim how to
select the logistics-provider;this paper establishes the index system of the
logistics-provider evaluation choosing according the practical logistics market and gives
two methods which include multilevel Fay evaluation principle and ideal point to solve
this problem.In the process of the cooperation,there must be risk,this paper analyzed the
form mechanism ofthe risk,this paper design and evaluation the risk alarming system and
give the measurements to the risk prevention which include attaching importance to
logistics management person,founding Information sharing mechanism,underwriting
rigorous and reasonable outsoureing
contract,supervising the logistics-provider and Inspiriting the logistics-provider.At last the Paper analyses the Case enterprise by the
provided theory.
This Paper will contribute enterprises a more objective understandIng to lo百stics
outsourcing and risk,and not take a hnd of passive avoidance attitude to logistics
outsourcing,but go to utilize it to serve for themselves voluntarily and take the effective
measure to prevent following risk.I expect the research can offer helpful reference to
enterprise logistics outsourcing and risks prevention ofour country finally.
