2.学会如何做自我介绍, 认识新朋友,并正确称呼他们的英文名字
3.从对话中学会获取更多他人的基本信息
5.初步学会使用部分形容词性物主代词
【重点难点】:
1.重点:特殊疑问句,改写一般疑问句,冠词,介词,复数形式,基数,人名的书写与中英文名
字的差别以及形容词性的物主代词与指示代词等。

2.难点: 本课难点是大量的人名和形容词性物主代词,而学生在描述时容易混淆男名和女名,在运用代词时容易错用人称代词和物主代词。

【教学过程】:
unit1
(一)重点难点释义(Language Points)
-What’s your phone number?你的电话号码是多少?-It’s 2842942.
(1)这一句型同我们学过的What’s your name?属同一类句型,前者是询问电话号码是多少,后者是询问某人叫什么名字,但都用What表示问“什么”的词放在句首来提问,这种疑问句叫what引导的特殊疑问句。

它的回答是针对特殊疑问词来回答的,不能用“是”或“不是”来回答。

因此对该句的回答是针对所问的内容(phone number)来具体回答的,回答是2842942。

注意回答时用It指代上文的phone number,以免重复。

(2)What’s…number?是用来对自行车牌号、房间号、电话号码、身份证号码等进行提问的,答语是It’s+号码。

此外还有另一种提问方式:What’s the number of…?如:
What’s the number of your telephone?你的电话号码是多少?
(二)语言点解析
1.形容词性物主代词
(1)表示所有关系的代词叫物主代词,本课所介绍的是形容词性物主代词,它们一般放在所修饰名词的前面,同时它们也有人称和数的变化。

形容词性物主代词的前后是不出现冠词的,这是在书写句子时最容易犯的错误。

形容词性物主代词起形容词作用,在句中只能作定语,也就是说它后面必须跟一个名词。

如:my father, his desk,即:形容词性物主代词+名词

系动词be包括am,is,are。

人称不同,系动词的形式也不同。

第一人称单数I用am,第三人称单
they are=they’re
3.first name名字;last name姓
first name相当于given name;last name相当于family name。

His name is John Smith. You can call him by his first name. 他的姓名是约翰·史密斯。

你可以叫他的名字。

4.基数词
本单元为0-9书。

写时一般用阿拉伯数字,而读的时候用英语。

其中0可以读作zero也可以读作字母o的读音,当号码中有相同两个数字相连时,可以借助double(双的、两倍的)加数字来完成,

也可逐个读出来。

如:
①Tel. No. (读作:Tel. No. Three two six eight seven five nine one)注意:Tel.是电话telephone的缩写词。

②Room 304(读作:Room three o four)注意:房间号码中的0读法为字母o的读音,也可以读zero。

③500698(读作:five double zero(O)six nine eight)
注:phone number=telephone number电话号码
5.在英语中如何拼写中国人的姓名:姓和名分开,姓在前,名在后。

(1)如果是单姓,名又是单字,则姓与名的第一个字母要大写,其余字母用小写。

如:Li Lei李雷。

(2)如果是单姓,名是双字,则姓的第一个字母大写,名的第一个字母大写,名的双字合在一起算一个词,不得分开。

如:Han Meimei韩梅梅。

(3)如果是复姓,则把复姓字母连在一起,只是第一个字母大写,名字的拼写方法同上。

如:Sima Zhao司马昭,Ouyang Yunsong欧阳云松。

中英姓名比较──中文姓名是姓在前,名在后;英文姓名是姓在后,名在前。

Mr.用于姓前,如Mr. Green 不能说成Mr. Jim.
(4)如果名字里有可能造成音的混淆的拼写时,要用连字号“-”或隔音号“’”隔开。

如:
Yang Xi-an(Xi’an)杨西安,如写成Yang Xian就成了杨仙。

(二)语法分析:
1.Be的一般疑问句形式及其回答
am, is, are的一般疑问句形式是将主语和谓语(动词)的位置颠倒,其回答语有肯定与否定两种形式,如
Are you Gina? Yes, I am. No, I’m not.
在回答语中,I am在句尾(即:后面没有词),则不能缩写I’m.
Is Mr. Wang a teacher? Yes, he is. /No, he isn’t.
在肯定回答语中的he is也不能缩写成he’s.
2.不定冠词a和an
这两个词都是冠词,表示“一(个,只,本等)”,不强调“一”这个数量,强调的是类别。

a用在以辅音音素开头的单数可数名词之前,而an 则用在以元音音素开头的单数可数名词之前,如“a book一本书an apple一颗苹果。

如果名词前有形容词修饰时,则根据形容词的第一个字母选用a或者an.如,a Chinese car一辆中国小汽车an English car一辆英国小汽车
3.巧变一般疑问句
首先按照动词种类的不同将其分为两个家族:第一家族:含系动词be(am / is / are) [秘诀]一调二改三问号一调:即把句中的be(am / is / are)或can等词调到主语前;二改:句中的主语若含有I(my / we)等第一人称代词时,需将它们分别改为you(your / you);三问号:句末的句号改为问号。

如:①I am from China.→Are you from China?②She
is a girl.

2.指示代词的用法
1)指示代词:this(这个),that(那个),these(那些), those(那些)
①当指示代词放在问句中时,它的答语用代词it和they来代替它们。

What's this? It's an apple. 这是什么?这是苹果。

Is that a pear? No, it isn't. 那是梨子吗?不是。

What are these? They're fruits. 这些是什么?水果。

Are those your books? Yes, they are. 那些是你的书吗?是的。

②this不能与is缩写。

指示代词this,that, these, those指代人或物时,有远近,单复数之分。

指示代词作主语时,其答语不可再用指示代词来回答,而应该根据所指的名词来决定。

指人时单数用he, she,复数用they;指物时单数用it,复数用they. 如。

Is this your pencil? Yes, it is.本句中的指示代词this指的是物而且是单数,所以答句的主语应用it.
Is that your brother? No, he isn’t.本句中的指示代词that指的是人,而且是单数,所以答句的主语应该用he.
Are those your brothers over there? Yes, they are. Over there指远处,所以指示代词应该用those,答句的主语应该用they.
3) 指示代词在作主语时可指物也可指人,但作其他句子成分时只能指物,不能指人.
如,That is my teacher.那是我的老师。

(that作主语,指人);I bought this.我买这个。

(this指物,可作宾语) 4)That和those可作定语从句的先行词,但this和these不能,同时,在作先行词时,只有those可指人。

如,He admired that which looked beautiful.他赞赏外表漂亮的东西。

He admired those who looked beautiful. 他赞赏那些外表漂亮的人。

(those指人)
3.名词的单复数形式
在英语中,名词分为可数名词和不可数名词。

可数名词可分为单数或复数两种形式,表示一个人或事物的名词用单数形式,表示两个或两个以上的人或事物的名词用复数形式。

名词分可数名词和不可数名词,可数名词有复数形式。

可数名词复数的构成有如下规则:

(1)child→children; foot→feet; tooth→teeth; mouse→mice; man→men; woman→women
注意:与man和woman构成的合成词,其复数形式也是-men和-women。

如:
an Englishman,two Englishmen;a woman doctor,two women doctors
但是German不是合成词,故复数形式为Germans;Bowman是姓,其复数形式是the Bowmans。

(2)单复同形,如:
deer鹿, sheep羊,绵羊, fish鱼, Chinese中国人,汉语,Japanese日本人;
li,jin,yuan,如:two li,three mu,four jin
但除人民币的元、角、分外,美元、英镑、法郎等都有复数形式。

如:
a dollar,two dollars;a meter,two meters
4.习惯用语
In hot water指面临严重困难throw cold water on something 泼冷水
Joe is really in hot water now.乔伊现在可是麻烦了。

I want to go to medical school but my dad throw cold water on this idea.我想上医学院,可是我爸爸给我泼冷水。

5 .what引导的问句
1)问姓名:What is your name?你叫什么名字?
2)问职业:What’s your father?你爸爸是做什么的?
3)问事物:What’s that on the desk?桌子上是什么?
4)问颜色:What color is the rainbow?彩虹是什么颜色的?
5)问号码:What’s your phone number?你的电话号码是多少?
