历经教师、校长、编剧及作家身份,写作资历长达50年,所创作的童书高达300本之多。
Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? 无疑是他最具代表性的作品之一。
这本书是作者坐火车的时候突发的灵感,在火车到达终点前,短短三十分钟,他就已经完成这本举世闻名的巨作。
绘者:Eric Carle
知名作家兼插画家,1929年生于美国,但六岁就随父母移居德国,在1952年返美之际,他遇到一位受人尊重的作家,就是本书的作者。
两人的共同创作,是他童书创作生涯的开端。
他的作品几乎以拼贴画呈现,而且自制色纸,所以不会有任何一幅图画和别人相同。
绘本背景知识(Ages 2-5)
这本书是刚开始接触英语的孩子必读的一本书。
故事和画面一层一层,该书通过一问一答的方式在孩子面前呈现一幅幅生动有趣的动物画像。
有连接有新意,不断重复的句子,让孩子感受英语的韵律之美。
音乐美和音节整齐的语言对儿童具有很好的吸引力,便于语言功能不强的婴幼儿呀呀学语,通俗点说就是孩子容易朗朗上口,容易获得语感。

听录音
教师带领幼儿一起朗读绘本,教师指着每一个单词或者动物,有节奏,有感情,有动作的示范朗读绘本,并且板书动物和颜色,以及句型。
小班幼儿需要反复教读。
S: Do you like this story? What do you see in the picture?
(What do you hear in the story ?) 引导学生说出: i see a bear. What color is it? It ‘s brown.
引导学生说出: I see a brown bear. 该环节学生自由回答
教师组织幼儿认真聆听绘本录音,也可根据录音依次出示绘本图片,有助于集中幼儿注意力
教师抽取个别幼儿,扮演绘本中的动物,以问答的形式进行绘本朗读。
过程中可以用卡片引导。
幼儿进行one by one 的扮演绘本的角色,朗读绘本句子。
可以借助动物头套,以开火车的形式进行,选中的幼儿朗读之后加入到火车队列中,跟着老师围绕教室边走边说。
