5. 抽样标准：

Sampling Plan

5.1.依据Sky Cross《检验抽样标准》正常一次抽样方案，检验水平 LEVEL II。

According to the Sky Cross’s Sampling Plan. Base on Normal, Single, Level II.

5.2.当发生品质异常，客户投诉，退货，按照Sky Cross《检验抽样标准》加严抽检。

Upon to the quality level is abnormal or Customer Complain or lot return, the tightened must be done.

5.3. 尺寸检查：IQC参见SUC QMD-QW-8.2.4-01-09《检验抽样标准》； IPQC 参见QMD-QW-8.2.4-01-09《制程

5.4.致命缺点：C=0、主要缺点：AQL=0.4。次要缺点：AQL=0.65。

Critical Defects (C=0), Major Defect (AQL=0.4), Minor Defect (AQL=0.65).

6. 外观检查条件：

Inspection Condition

6.1.检验距离：30CM±5CM (待验物品置于40W日光灯下，距两眼约30CM±5CM作外观检查)

Check Distance: 30CM±5CM. Check Light: 2x 40W fluorescent lamps.

6.2检验视力：不低于1.0。（包括校正后视力）

Sight: More than 1.0 (Including adjustment sight)

6.3检验时间：5s～8s(单一面)

Time:5s~8s (Single Surface)

6.4检验角度：300～900（之间旋转）

Angle: 30°~90°(Revolution)

件下，连续喷雾6小时或参见客户标准，用清水清洗试验样品

表面，并擦拭干净检查样品外观。

D.判定标准：Judgment:

(1)PDA区域在盐雾试验后的氧化/生锈总面积应小于0.5%(保护等级不低于7级)
