集装箱船冷藏集装箱的管理

Management Of The Reefer Container

1.船长从代理或货主那里得到冷箱的装载清单、温度控制及保管要求等相关资料后,应督

促大副做好接收冷箱的准备工作,如预配积载位置,备妥集装箱的加固件,检查船上冷箱插座的工作状况是否完好,船供的电压及负荷是否满足冷箱要求等。

After receiving the reefer container loading list、temperature control、maintenance requirement and any other relevant materials from the agents or the consignor, the captain should urge the chief officer to be prepared for the reefer container receiving, such as making the pre-stowage plan、preparing the container lashing material、checking whether the reefer container socket works well、whether the voltage and load supported by the vessel meet the reefer container’ requirement.

2.冷藏集装箱装船时,由大副把关,电机员负责(未配有电机员的船舶,由轮机长指定的轮

机员负责)检查冷箱工作是否正常,制冷温度是否达到预定温度的要求,并做好冷箱装船时的温度记录工作。

The chief officer takes charge in the reefer container loading. The electrical engineer(if there is no electrical engineer, the chief engineer should appoint an engineer instead) takes charge in checking whether the reefer container works well、whether the refrigeration temperature meets the requirement、and recording the reefer container temperature when it is getting loaded.

3.对于冷箱外表有残损,制冷温度不能达到预定温度,无温度记录纸盘,温度记录纸盘不

随时间而走动,或工作不正常等不符合装船条件的,应联系港方排除故障,或拒绝装船,同时报告船长。

If the reefer container appearance is damaged、the refrigeration temperature does not meet the requirement、there is no temperature record paper disk 、the temperature record paper disk does not run over time、or the reefer container does not work well to meet the loading requirement, the chief officer should contact the port to deal with the malfunction or reject to load the reefer container and report the issue to the captain.

4.在确认所有冷箱工作正常或港方提供相应的担保后,船长再决定开航。

The captain can decide to sail after ensuring all the reefer containers work normally or the port authority provide the relevant guarantee

5.冷藏箱的船岸交接:分为堆场预交和装船后交接签字两个阶段进行。

The handing over and taking over of reefer containers between ashore and on-board includes pre-handing over at container yard and signature after loading two parts.

5.1.在接到出口冷藏箱舱单后,船舶大副、电机员(或轮机长代替)会同港方对冷藏箱和舱

单、工作联系单等进行核对,并检查箱体、铅封、温度记录等项目。

After receiving the reefer container export manifest, the chief officer and the electrical engineer(or the chief engineer instead)should meet the port officers to check the reefer container、manifest、working connection list、seal、temperature record and other items.

5.2.冷藏箱装船,在冷藏箱恢复正常后,经港方和船方双方确认,在工作联系单上签字交接。

双方都要重视交接签字的程序,这是划分冷藏箱管理责任的凭证。

After the reefer container return to be normal, the two parties should make a confirmation for the reefer container and sign at the working connection list as the handing over. The two parties should attach importance to the signature handing over process which is the evidence to divide the reefer container management responsibility.

5.3.如船边直放冷藏箱,则船舶大副、电机员会同港方交接,在工作联系单上签字。

If the reefer containers are laid on board, the chief officer、the electrical engineer should meet the Port officer for handing over, and sign at the working connection list.

5.4.冷藏箱的卸船、船岸交接手续同上。

The procedures of the reefer container discharging and ship-ashore handing over are as above.

6.大副负责航行途中的冷藏箱温度的监控管理,安排甲板部值班人员每班(或按照货主要

求的时间间隔)巡回检查一次,并将检查温度记录在《冷藏箱温度记录表》中。
