Check and confirm unit AC lube oil pump running normally, DC emergency oil pump reliable backup, lube oil pressure normal.

检查确认机组高压密封油备用泵( )运行正常

Check and confirm unit HP seal oil spare pump running normally.

检查确认机组EH油系统运行正常，油压正常

Check and confirm unit EH oil system running normally, oil pressure normal.

检查确认机组高、低压胀差在正常范围内

Check and confirm unit HP & LP differential expansion within a normal range.

检查确认锅炉燃烧良好，主再热汽温、汽压稳定

汇报值长，通知相关人员，机组危急保安器充油试验开始

Report to SIC, inform relevant personnel, start emergency governor filling oil test.

试验由当班主操作员操作，汽机专责工程师监护，人员已全部就位

The test is operated by chief operator in shift, supervised by turbine professional engineer, staff all ready.

检查确认汽轮机转速稳定在3000Rpm

Check and confirm turbine rotating speed stable at 3000rpm.

在机头将危急保安器试验手柄从“正常”扳到“试验”位置并保持（即切除机械脱扣停机油路）。

At the turbine head, switch the emergency governor hand shank from normal to test position and hold (that is locking mechanical release shutdown oil line protection).

缓慢开启试验注油门，油压逐渐上升。

Slowly open test filling oil valve, oil pressure increase gradually.

密切注意机头左侧的隔膜阀的试验安全油压表，如果隔膜阀的试验安全油压泄掉说明危急保安器已动作，记录动作转速为（）Rpm及试验油压为（）MPa。

Pay close attention to turbine head left side diaphragm valve test safety oil pressure gauge, if the diaphragm valve test safety oil pressure decrease, it means emergency governor has the action, record action rotating speed is ( )rpm and test oil pressure is ( )Mpa.

全面检查记录机组各项参数

Overall inspect and record unit each parameter.

关闭试验油门，待注油压降至“0”,扳复位手柄，等隔膜阀上的安全油压建立了，方可将危急保安器试验手柄慢慢复归至“正常”位置。

Close test oil valve, reset hand shank until filling oil pressure decrease to 0, when safety oil pressure of diaphragm is established, reset emergency governor test hand shank to normal position slowly.

试验结束，停用氢密封备用油泵( )、交流润滑油泵( )，汇报值长并作好记录。

Test completed, stop hydrogen side seal spare oil pump, AC lube oil pump, report to SIC and be well recorded.
