2.记录本不准乱撕、乱画,不够时可增加附页。

3.填写内容应认真、及时、整洁、齐全、准确、字体工整,严禁弄虚作假;填写假资料者追究填写人员的责任。

4.填写字体颜色必须用黑色或蓝黑色墨水,禁止用铅笔、圆珠笔或红色墨水填写。

5.一律采用国家法定计量单位。

4、井控设备现场试压由井控设备的专业检验维修机构按设计、规范要求进行,试压合格后出具试压合格单,经试压方、使用方和现场监督三方签字认可。如因特殊情况达不到要求,须由使用方提出设计变更申请,按设计变更管理程序进行审批。
4、坐岗观察记录包括钻达地层、时间、工况、井深、起下立柱数、钻井液理论灌入量、钻井液实际灌入量、钻井液增减量、原因分析、记录人、值班干部和现场驻井监督验收签字等内容。
十六、井喷应急管理制度
预案编写
钻井施工应按“一井一案”原则编制工程和安全综合应急预案。安全应急预案应包括防井喷失控、防H2S泄漏和防油气火灾爆炸等3个子预案。开钻前完成预案的编制、审核和批准程序。

四、井控工作例会制度
按时召开井控例会
基层队,从安装封井器之日起至拆除封井器完井止,施工作业期间每月召开1次以井控安全工作为主题的会议;现场监督参加,分析现场井控工作存在问题,解决方案和措施;每月井控工作例会总结材料上报本单位上级部门和相应业主单位的相关部门。施工单位(项目部)和各二级单位每个季度召开一次井控例会。
(2)A2证培训对象:钻井承包商工程技术人员、安全部门现场管理人员及其它井控相关人员即钻井队(平台)正、副队长(平台经理)、指导员、工程师(技术员)、安全员、地质、钻井设计人员、监督人员。
(3)B1证培训对象:钻井技师、大班司钻、钻井液组长(技术人员)、正副司钻、井架工、气体钻井技术服务人员、欠平衡钻井技术服务现场人员。
