神经根型颈椎病是临床上的常见病，其主要临床症状是
(Main clinical symptoms)：
1）颈痛伴上肢放射痛； 2）颈后伸时加重； 3）受压神经根皮肤节段分 布区感觉减弱； 4）上肢腱反射异常； 5）伴有肌萎缩，肌力减退； 6）颈活动受限，牵拉试验、 压头试验阳性。

Cervical spondylosis of the nerve-root type is a common clinical
condition often seen in middle-aged people above the age of 40, whose jobs require prolonged forward bending of the head or extensive computer usage. The symptoms develop slowly over time. There is an upward trend in the incidence of this disease and in recent years, patients are getting younger.
