2.本《质量主要控制计划》作为海隆基地质检部各项目桥吊向监理/用户方提交报验的准则。监理方如需按不同桥吊的要求，对报验项目作必要的增减，应经质

检部和生产部门共同协商后定。如协商不妥由公司质检公司召集再协商。

Note 2:the“main process quality control plan” which is compiled by hailong QC department, is the rule submitted to the third party or user representative for different crane project. Per to different project requirements, if the third party or user representative need increase or decrease necessary items inspection based on this rule, they should negotiate and discuss firstly it with quality control department and fabrication department accordingly. after that, conclusion could be received. If the third party or user representative could not get agreement

with the above-mentioned two departments, then we will turn to quality assurance department of head office to debate and negotiate the plan with you again.

3.日常报验；由各钢构部按《关于钢构部构件报验程序的规定》提交报验单，通知监理或用户代表参加报验，监理或用户代表应准时履行报验。

Note 3:daily inspection: every steel structure department should submit the inspection information sheet according to then inform the third party or user representative to check item, and they should check the item on time.

4.一般情况“报验单”应在报验前一天（下班前）提交监理或用户方代表。在个别应急情况下，此“报验单”应在当天上班前提交监理或用户方代表。下午的报

验可在12点前提交。

Note 4:generaly speaking “inspection information sheet” should be submitted to the third party or user representative one day in advance (before work is over). In the very few urgent situations, the information sheet might be presented to the third party or user representative before work of the day. The information sheet to be checked in the afternoon could be presented before 12 o’clock at noon.

5.临时推迟或取消报验的，各钢构部应迅速通知监理或用户方代表。

Note 5:the temporary postponed or canceled check information, if any, every steel structure department should inform verbal or written the third party or user representative in time immediately.

6.涂装报验根据天气情况，可作例外处理。

Note 6:painting inspection could be exceptive consideration according to weather.

7.QC质量控制点－质检报验（提交报验单），质检员必须认真检验，履行质量把关职能，钢构部质量付经理必须对QC质量控制点的产品质量负全面责任。Note 7:QC point- quality control inspector submits the information sheet, at the same time, inspector should check and confirm component earnestly, and perform the quality control function.Vvice quality manager of steel structure department must be responsible for all quality marked QC point completely.

8.报验后监理或用户方代表应书面在报验单上标明接受或不接受，及整改意见，以便钢构部组织施工队及时实施整改。

Note 8:the third party or user representative should mark accepted, not accepted or any corrective idea on information sheet by writing after inspection, so that the steel structure department could inform and organize the fabrication team to take actions on component.
