1. 概念
•订购函是指买方按双方谈妥的条件向 卖方订购所需货物的信函。订购是指 经过反复磋商,买卖双方接受了交易 条件后,买方按双方谈妥的条件向卖 方订购所需货物。而订购函就是为了 订购货物而发的信函。

• 订购函是买方发出的,表示向卖方订购所需商品的信函。应清楚 地向卖方说明的其所需商品,即说明了商品的名称,规格,型号, 单价,数量等。同时买方还需要交待具体的结算方式、交货日期、 交货地点等,这样卖方就能根据定订购函清楚的知道买方的要求, 提供相应商品和服务。从而使交易顺利进行。 • 订购函有两种形式,一种是在接受函里说明所需订购的货物;另 一种是下订单,即把订购函制成订单式,以表格形式列明各项交 易条件。
