2.终止请求有效之日起，双方应在7个工作日内完成未完成的合同工作。

3.合同终止后，雇主应按照已付费用和费用确认单的约定支付服务费用，同时法律顾问应将原始文件和资料归还给雇主。

4.若一方终止合同而导致对方损失，应承担相应的赔偿责任。

其他条款1.本合同适用中国法律法规。

2.本合同中任何一条不得单方面修改或取消。

3.对于本合同中未明确规定的事项，雇主和法律顾问应本着诚信合作原则予以处理。
