摘要

矿用防爆越野车是矿藏开采行业迫切需要的生产设备之一。从2008年4月起,国家安全监督局已下文明令禁止井下使用非防爆车辆。悬架是现代汽车上的重要总成之一,它把车架(或车身)与车轴(或车轮)弹性地连接起来。其主要任务是传递作用在车轮和车架(或车身)之间的一切力和力矩;缓和路面传给车架(或车身)的冲击载荷,保证汽车的行驶平顺性;保证车轮在路面不平和载荷变化时有理想的运动特性。

本文设计的主要内容有:(1)阐述了前后悬架的特点,确定了前后悬架为双横臂独立悬架后悬架为钢板弹簧非独立悬架的设计方案,确定悬架的结构形式及主要参数。(2)对前后悬架的弹簧进行设计计算,对主要零部件进行相应的校核,完成前后悬架减震器的匹配,对减振器的主要参数进行计算及其相关的校核。(3)对悬架的导向机构的设计,完成悬架导向机构的设计方案,确定了悬架导向机构的布置参数,完成了前悬架上下横臂在纵向平面和在横向平面上的布置方案,确定上下横臂的长度。

ABSTRACT

Mining SUV explosion-Proof vehicles is one of urgently needed Production equipment in Coal mining industry.Sinee04.2008 the national security agency has banned the use of underground un-explosion-proof vehicles.Modern automobile suspension is one of the important assembly on the frame, it (or body) and axle (or wheel) elastic ground joined up.Its main task is to transfer function and frame (or in the wheels of the body) all force and torque between; Ease road to frame (or body), ensure the impact load of car ride comfort and sex; Ensure the wheels and the load changes in pavement uneven has ideal motion characteristics.

The main content of this design:(1)Expounds the characteristics of before and after suspension, Sure the front suspension for double wishbone suspension for steel plate after suspension spring to the independent suspension design scheme, sure suspension structure form and main parameters(2)Before the spring of suspension design calculation of main components, make corresponding road-line; suspension damper before and after the match, the main parameters of shock absorber is calculated and related dynamicrigidity.(3)The steering mechanism for suspension, complete suspension of design, the design of steering mechanism of suspension steering mechanism to determine the layout parameters, completed the front suspension fluctuation wishbone in the longitudinal plane and transverse plane arrangement plan, determine the length of the arm up and down.
