浅谈工程成本控制方法及重要性(毕业论文)

摘要

建筑业是促进国民经济发展的支柱型产业之一，其发展程度、质量的好坏，直接关系到国家经济发展和人民生活。在建筑工程管理中，成本控制是建筑企业工程管理的主要组成部分，对建筑工程的质量、工期、进度和施工工艺影响巨大，是全面地反映建筑企业施工项目管理管理工作成效的综合性指标。因此，规范和控制建筑工程成本管理过程，对提高建筑工程的整体管理水平和效率都具有重要意义。本文将从施工项目成本控制的基本理论为切入点，在查阅大量参考资料文献的基础上，通过对广清高速改扩建工程A06合同段的调研，结合大量的与施工项目成本控制相关的研究资料，为广清高速改扩建工程A06合同段提出合理的索赔与策略并作相关研究，从而为投资决策提供科学依据，对该公司以后的施工项目和本地区规模相当的企业具有借鉴意义。

Abstract

The construction industry is one of pillar industries to promote the development of national economy, its development level, quality is good or bad, is directly related to the national economic development and people's living. In the construction project management, cost control is the main part of the project management of construction enterprises, the construction quality, construction schedule and construction process, influence is huge, fully reflect the construction enterprise construction project management effectiveness index. Therefore, the process of cost management and control for construction engineering, it is important to improve the construction of the whole management level and efficiency. This article from the basic theory of cost control of construction project as the breakthrough point, on the basis of reading a lot of reference literature, through the high-speed broad reform research of the expansion project, combined with a large number of research materials and the construction project cost control related, as the broad highway reconstruction engineering claim and reasonable strategies and the related research, and to provide the scientific basis for investment decision, which is of great significance to the scale of construction project the company later and local enterprises with same.
