Clearance Altitude
(MOCA)
Same as MEA, but only guarantees NAV coverage with in 22nm of the station.
Minimum Crossing Altitude (MCA)
You must cross an intersection with a MCA at or above the specified altitude due to a change in the MEA

Minimum Enroute Altitude (MEA)
Provides obstacle clearance (1000’ in non-mountainous & 2000’ in mountainous terrain), & Guarantees Nav Coverage.

Minimum Reception Altitude (MRA)
Minimum altitude that you are guaranteed to receive NAV signal to identify a waypoint
Off Route Obstacle Clearance Altitude (OROCA)
Airways above 18,000 are depicted on high altitude charts (Jet Routes).
