大学生学习倦怠的现状及成因研究

[摘要] 目的通过调查研究,了解齐齐哈尔医学院大学生学习现状及其影响因素,提出一些具有针对性的措施。从而促进大学生身心健康,调动大学生学习积极性,提高大学生学习效率,最终改善大学生学习倦怠的现状,并对高等教育改革有所启发。方法①文献研究法:查阅相关文献,筛选并整理文献,分析文献,了解该领域研究现状、成果以及不足,为论文书写提供参考依据,进一步提高其完整性; ②问卷调查法:制定样本含量为500人,具体抽样方法为分层抽样。具体操作方法:从大一至大五学生中抽取500名大学生。收集方法:在不同学院、不同年级中挑选被调查者,采取现场填答,现场回收,剔除无效问卷,并将调查数据录入到计算机中,用统计软件处理分析。结果该次研究对齐齐哈尔医学院500名大学生进行问卷调查,收回的有效问卷是483份,有效率96.60%。其中:男生233名,女生250名;大一年级98名,大二年级97名,大三年级96名,大四年级99名,大五年级93名:家庭经济状况很好的占18.01%,家庭经济状况一般的占50.10%,家庭经济状况贫困的占22.57%,家庭经济状况特困的占9.32%。针对重度倦怠者分析影响因素,从四个方面分析:社会因素、家庭因素、学校因素及个人自我评价因素。结果发现齐齐哈尔医学院大学生学习倦怠现象比较严重,应该引起高度重视;被调查的大学生学习倦怠在性别、年级、家庭经济状况上存在差异;影响齐齐哈尔医学院大学生重度倦怠的最重要因素为社会因素,其次是家庭因素。结论齐齐哈尔医学院大学生确实存在学习倦怠的现象,其中倦怠者占被试的44.72%,其中行为不当最为严重。在性别上,学习倦怠并无显著差异,只有在情绪低落维度上女生略高于男生;在年级上,学习倦怠存在显著差异,大三、大四年级倦怠较为显著,并且在各维度上均有显著差异;在家庭经济状况上,家庭经济很好和贫困的大学生学习倦怠有显著差异。另外,影响齐齐哈尔医学院大学生重度学习倦怠的最主要因素为社会因素。

Research on Status and Cause of Learning Burnout of College Students

[Abstract] Objective To know the learning status and its influence factors of college students in Qiqihar Medical College by investigation and put forwards some targeted measures thus promoting the physical and mental health of college students, motivate the learning enthusiasm of college

students and improving the learning efficiency of them and finally improving the status of leaning burnout and enlightening the reform of higher education. Methods The literature research method,the related literatures were referred to and analyzed, and the research status, results and disadvantages in this field were known thus providing reference for paper writing and further improving its completeness. Questionnaire: the sample content was 500 persons, the specific sample method was stratified sampling, the specific operation method: 500 college students were extracted from students, collection method: the respondents were selected from different colleges and different grades, and the scene answering and scene recycle were adopted, and the invalid questionnaires were eliminated, and the survey data were input into the computer, and handled and analyzed by software. Results 500 cases of college students in Qiqihaer Medical College in this research were surveyed by questionnaire, and the effective recycled questionnaire was 483 pieces,and the effective rate was 96.60%, including 233 males, 250 females, 98 freshmen, 97 sophomores, 96 juniors, 99 seniors and 93 were in fifth grade, and the family economic condition of 18.01 percent of students was best, the family economic condition of 50.10 percent of students was in general, and the family economic condition of 22.57 percent of students was poor and the family economic condition of 9.32 percent of students was especially poor, the influence factors of severe burnout were social factor, family factor, school factor and personnel self-evaluation factor, and the results showed that the learning burnout phenomenon of college students was severe, and we should pay highly attention to it, and there were differences in the gender,grade and family economic conditions, and the most important influence factor of severe burnout of college students was social factor, and the second was the family factor. Conclusion The college students in Qiqihar Medical College indeed have the learning burnout, and the burnout persons account for 44.72%, and the improper behavior is the most severe, in terms of gender, there is no obvious difference in learning burnout, only the dimension of lower emotional in female is slightly higher than that in male, in terms of grade, there is an obvious difference in the learning burnout,and the burnout of juniors and seniors is obvious, and there are obvious differences in various dimensions, and in terms of family economic condition, there is an obvious difference in the learning burnout between the college students with best family economy and poor family economy,in addition, the most main influence factor of severe learning burnout of college students in Qiqihar Medical College is social factor.
