吸口凉气就牙疼是怎么回事？

骤然下降的温度让一些人的牙齿疼痛明显起来，有时张嘴吸了口凉气牙就能疼半天。口腔科医生告诉大家，这主要是由龋齿或急性牙髓炎引起的。

牙疼是口腔疾病中最常见的症状，可由许多疾病引起，如龋齿、急性牙髓炎、牙周炎、急慢性根尖周炎、牙本质过敏、牙齿隐裂或根折等。

1、龋齿

龋齿引起的牙疼，是因为牙体有龋洞，遇到冷、热、酸、甜等刺激或食物嵌塞入龋洞时而感觉牙疼，刺激因素去除后牙疼立即停止；冬天天气较冷，所以也常常会引起牙疼。

2、牙周炎

牙周炎引起的牙疼，表现为持续性钝痛，伴牙龈红肿、出血溢脓，甚至牙齿松动，牙龈萎缩；

3、急慢性根尖牙周炎

急慢性根尖周炎引起的牙疼，表现为持续性跳痛，牙齿有伸长感或浮起感，不能咀嚼食物。

4、急性牙髓炎

急性牙髓炎引起的牙疼，表现为牙齿自发性、阵发性疼痛，遇到冷热刺激或夜间休息时疼痛加剧，属于深龋洞、深牙周袋等引起，患者一般无法明确指出患牙的部位，刺激因素去除后牙疼仍可持续较长时间，开髓手术后疼痛即可缓解；

另外，可以诱发牙疼的疾病还有三叉神经痛、颌骨骨髓炎、干槽症、智齿冠周炎、急性化脓性上颌窦炎、颌骨恶性肿瘤、牙龈恶性肿瘤、颌骨含牙囊肿、上呼吸道感染、心脏病、白血病、癔病、神经衰弱等，应采取对症治疗。

冬季牙疼怎么办

1、取六神丸数粒，置于龋洞中，咬紧即可止痛。

2、漱口：含一口水（温度接近体温），用力漱口。

3、取白胡椒10克研成末，加白酒调成糊状，分4次放入牙洞内。

4、用蜂蜜点在牙痛的地方，过几分钟就好了，还能让你满口生香。

5、取大蒜捣烂，温热后敷在疼点上可以治疗牙髓炎、牙周炎和牙痛等症状。

6、牙痛的时候可以切生姜一小片咬在痛处，必要的时候可以重复使用，睡觉的时候含在口里也无妨。

7、冰敷：就像治疗瘀伤一样，冰敷牙痛部位的脸颊，可缓解疼痛。每次敷15分钟，一天至少3至4次。

8、口含芦荟：割一小片芦荟，剥除外皮，把内含粘性液体的果肉含在疼痛处，2至小时自行缓解。

9、把味精按1∶50的浓度用温开水化开后，口含味精溶液一会儿就吐掉。这样连续几次，坚持两天后牙痛就会好的。

10、用牙签挑取一点云南白药加上开水一滴，调成糊状，再用牙签蘸着云南白药糊塞到牙疼的地方，一般3至5分钟后就能止住痛。

11、按摩手：这方法可缓解50%的疼痛。取一块冰搓摩拇指与食指骨头相连的“V”字地带（合谷穴），轻轻地将冰块压在此部位5－7分钟。一位加拿大研究员发现，60－90%使用这方法的人，牙痛因此而减轻。他的研究显示，这种磨擦法能干扰牙痛神经冲动的传导。

预防冬季牙疼该怎么做？

专家提示：当遭遇气温骤降的极端天气，或有大风过境时，个人外出宜戴上口罩，加强防护意识，避免牙齿受凉；从寒冷的室外进到屋内，不要马上喝热水或吃热的食物，应稍事休息后再吃喝，避免冷热交替的刺激；平时漱口时尽量采用温水，避免凉水对牙齿的刺激。另外，不要贪吃火锅，要多喝水，注意口腔卫生，预防蛀牙。
