1.餐厅结账常见方式 1) 现金(cash)付款。当面点清宾客交付款金额,待宾客查点后并收 妥后方可离开。如果客人使用外币,应根据汇率折合成人民币结算,并 向客人清晰解释汇率,“Today’s exchange rate is eight point one RMB Yuan to the US dollar.”(今天的汇率是1美元兑换8.1元人 民币。) 2) 支票(cheque/check)付款。检查日期、金额抬头人、出票人签章 等各项内容有无错误或遗漏。经手人应背书,并写明出票人电话或地址 以备查。 3) 信用卡(credit card)付款。确定信用卡是否能为餐厅接受,如果 可以,请确认有效日期(valid date)、限额(credit limit). 4) 计入房费(charge to the room)。确认客人的姓名、房号(room number),并请客人签名。
