国际贸易的概念
• 国际贸易是指国与国之间进行的商品和劳 务交换。对贸易当事国来说是对外贸易, 简称外贸,对外贸易就是指国际贸易。
• 各国对外贸易的总和构成世界贸易。由于 现代国与国之间的货币信贷关系、科技合 作关系等都以商品运动为基础,故国际贸 易是现代国际经济联系的基本形式。

外贸的概念
• 对外贸易亦称“国外贸易” 或“进出口贸易”, 简称“外贸”,是指一个国家(地区)与另一个 国家(地区)之间的商品、劳务和技术的交换活 动。
• 外贸由进口和出口两个部分组成。对运进商品或 劳务的国家(地区)来说,就是进口;对运出商 品或劳务的国家(地区)来说,就是出口。
• 外贸在奴隶社会和封建社会就开始产生和发展, 到资本主义社会,发展更加迅速。其性质和作用 由不同的社会制度所决定。

3. 怎样学习该课程
• 专业性质决定了学习该门课程不能单从概念出发 去熟悉业务,而要通过具体操作去熟悉进出口业 务各个环节,在操作各个环节中深刻理解相关英 语和汉语的表达。
• 该课程的重点在于技能训练。其终极目标是在熟 悉外贸业务的前提下,按照特定的语言文体,在 正确使用专业词汇和标准语言的基础上,表达特 定的写作目的。

• 在国际贸易中,买卖双方通过洽商,就各 项交易条件取得一致协议后,交易即告达 成,买卖双方当事人即存在合同关系。
• 国际买卖合同的商订是整个交易过程中最 重要的一个环节,虽然可以通过口头的方 式进行,但实践中,主要是通过函电的方 式进行。1999年出台的《新合同法》第10 条和第11条规定:当事人订立合同,有书 面形式、口头形式和其他形式。书面形式 是指合同书、信件以及数据电文(包括电 报、传真、电子数据交换和电子邮件)等 可以有形地表现所载内容的形式

• 贸易,是自愿的货品或服务交换。贸易也被称为 商业。贸易是在一个市里面进行的。最原始的贸 易形式是以物易物,即直接交换货品或服务。现 代的贸易则普遍以一种媒介作讨价还价,如金钱。 金钱及非实体金钱大大简化和促进了贸易,两个 贸易者之间的贸易称为双边贸易,多于两个贸易 者的则称为多边贸易。 贸易出现的原因众多。由 于劳动力的专门化,个体只会从事一个小范畴的 工作,所以他们必须以贸易来获取生活的日用品。 两个地区之间的贸易往往是因为一地在生产某产 品上有相对优势,如有较佳的技术、较易获取原
