本文档重点介绍DCS通过虚拟DPU与第三方系统通讯的实现方案,虚拟DPU运行在NT+系统的MMI站上,一个虚拟DPU可同时和多个第三方系统通讯。

DCS与第三方系统之间可基于以太网或串口通讯,通讯协议为Modbus over TCP/IP 或Modbus RTU。

在实际应用中,将根据不同需求采用不同的通讯方案:①基于以太网通讯:通讯协议为Modbus over TCP/IP,DCS与每个第三方系统均可视为网络上的一个通讯结点,需要知道每个结点的IP地址和端口号,配置文件中将明确指定每个通讯结点的IP和端口号。

②基于串口通讯:通讯协议为Modbus RTU,DCS与第三方系统之间通过串口服务器作为转接接口。

串口服务器一端通过以太网和DCS连接,另一端则通过RS485和第三方系统连接。

串口服务器通常具有多个连接端口,每个端口连接一个第三方系统。

Make sure that the HMI works properly. To prevent it from radiating radio frequency noise, the HMI must be connected to earth ground.
– Without grounding, the HMI may be severely affected by excess noise. Make sure that the grounding is done properly from the power connector at the rear side of the HMI. When power is connected, make sure that the wire is grounded.
– To avoid electric shock, be sure the power cable is unplugged from the power outlet when connecting the cable to the HMI.

– Communication cables must be separated from the power cables for operational circuits. Use shielded cables or it may cause unpredictable problems.

IGI ParCAM 選點流程1.把原始資料放至於C:\PNL\INPUT\客戶名稱\料號的路徑中。

2.開啟IGI ParCAM系統,開啟新檔(New Jobs)將檔案內之資料讀入系統中(即INPUT)。

3.讀入資料後,進入編輯畫面,將資料整理(Merge)合併。

4.定義層別名稱及屬性(Set Films Pieces)。

5.將資料层对位、歸至零點6.存原稿(Save Original)7.刪除板外文字、成型線及多余层。

8.区出PTH及NPTH層(不可删除NPTH孔)。

9.自動或手動轉換外層線路(Comp層及Sold層)之PAD或添加PAD。

10.確定PAD轉換完成後(参照防焊检查),離開編輯畫面至主畫面抽網路(Netlist Extract)。

11.抽完網路,進入選點程式(Test Point Elimination)中,設定選點條件,完成後及自動進入選點編輯畫面。

12.將不需測試之測點关闭(例如:光學點、大銅箔上多餘測點、NPTH….)。

13.離開編輯畫面回至主畫面,輸出選點資料(Output PCB),選擇輸出格式為NETLIST ,DRILL EXPOSED為NO ,按OK 後,選擇MicroCraft 及NTD (可輸出線路資料)後按OK 輸出。

14.存IGZ 档(Archive )1.解原稿之壓縮檔至C:\PNL\INPUT\客戶別\工作料號2.進入IGI ParCAM 7.262.1開新檔案---(1)按下Configure 會出現下面畫面開新檔案 客戶名稱工作料號编辑时使用之單位設定見(1)見(2)見(3)1.製作程序2.測DRC 選項。

3.資料最佳化選項。

Aplicarán los servicios de identificación que ofrecen AFIP y ANSES. Los atributos que poseerá el documentoa adjuntar, dependerán de cada tipo de presentación a realizar.Al adjuntar un documento el sistema realiza la carga del mismo y, en caso de resultar exitosa la operación, confirma la generación de un documento electrónico correspondiente.IMPORTANTE: Se podrá cargar más de un archivo por presentación, siempre que corresponda al mismo tipo de trámite y vaya dirigido a la Misma Área.12)Una vez finalizada la carga de los documentos, el usuario presionará en el botón“Siguiente”, para dar lugar a la confirmación final de la presentación.En la ventana “Confirmar y Enviar”, se mostrará un resumen de la carga: dependencia, nombre de la presentación, datos del ciudadano, extracto y documentos cargados. Con la aceptación de los Términos y Condiciones, y haciendo click en “Enviar presentación”, el usuario finalizará su presentación, la cual generará un expediente electrónico ante el organismo público correspondiente.De manera alternativa, puede Guardar como borrador para continuar la tarea en otro momento. The transmitter is powered by a 3.6V lithium cell and care must be taken to insert the battery in the correct polarity.2. UNPACKINGThe instrument should be carefully inspected for signs of damage that may have occurred in transit. In the unlikely case that damage has been sustained, DO NOT use the instrument, but please retain all packaging for our inspection and contact your supplier immediately.3. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION LABELThe unit delivered should be carefully inspected to ensure it is suitable for the application required. INSTALLING/CHANGING THE BATTERYA Lithium 3.6V battery is included inside the IWPTL transmitter. The battery may be changed at any time but the correct polarity must be observed at all times! After the battery has been changed, the pushbutton SW1 should be pushed for 5s at the same time as the unit is switched on using SW3. This is to ensure the battery life count is set correctly when a new battery is installed.The internal LED will flash 5 times to indicate this procedure has been carried out successfully.The battery life is determined by the rate the transmitter sends the Pressure value to the receiver, this update rate can be selected using Dip Switch 1 and the default value is 10s. Please dispose of all batteries as specified by the legislator according to the Closed Substance Cycle and Waste Management Act or country regulations.! ! 主要功能:工作单元的三维布局多个机器人的准确仿真和同步用于机器人放置、设备选择、路径规划与优化、程序生成及冲突检测的自动优化工具一、基本设置1、用户界面2、基本设置A、高亮显示菜单“sys—file—edit—.igenvfig—3TIER_WINDOWS = ON”,即可时正在使用的菜单变成红色(设置完后需保存后重新启动IGRIP),例:,B、显示世界坐标及工作模式等“modest—world改为ON,Application选择相应的”Arc Welding或者其他模式(点焊、涂胶、搬运等)。

E、加载路径设置:“sys—file—append”,然后点击需加载的文件夹(例如加载robots),出现提示信息(robots—selected),即可加载了,否则加载后不完整。

F、新建一项目文件:“sys—file—”make lib—custom—ok—选择文件保存路径及记录文件保存路径的说明文件”(可不保存同一文件夹下),例在F盘建立一新项目:G、录像功能:“sys—file—edit—.igenvfig—video改为avi,然后重启IGRIP,即可开启录像功能。

二、基本操作1、文件的分类A、part、Devise、workcell—part是最小单位,即单个零件;Devise为装配件(一个part即可成Devise),整体区域为workcell。

输入正确,将进入系统的主界面(个人桌面),登录后的主页面(个人桌面)如下图:此首页(个人桌面)页面中,显示与当前操作员有关额员工待办事宜列表个人办公工具等相关信息。

在此首页页面的上方有几个操作图片和链接,其中:点击可显示或隐藏页面左边的功能菜单列表。

点击可重新进入此‘个人桌面’(见‘个人桌面’说明)。

点击可进入短消息和定时提醒管理(见收发短消息和定时提醒说明)。

如果有员工向当前操作员发送消息,则其会开始闪动,同时会有声音提醒;点击进入即可查看相应的消息内容,当所有的消息均已查看完毕后,会自动停止闪动。

点击则重新显示(刷新)当前正在工作的页面内容。

点击则返回到前一个操作页面。

点击则转到下一个操作页面。

点击退出LKOA系统,返回到系统登录页面。

在标题栏中,点击当前操作员的姓名,可显示当前操作员的详细个人信息。

点击‘当前有XX用户在线’可查看当前正在使用LKOA系统的人员情况,如下图:点击某一离线人员的‘离线(详细)’链接,可查看该员工的离线留言信息。

级机构设置是一次性的。

一旦设置完以后是不能删除的,只能修改。

如果您不是首次进入且已经配置好了顶级机构信息,您看到的将是如下的登录界面:如果登录口令输入错误,您看到相应的登录出错提示信息页面,并要求重新输入登录密码。

如果登录口令输入正确,您看到的将是带TreeView引擎的管理页面(如下图):界面右方显示的是公司的体系结构,顶级机构在最上层,下面是各个部门的名称,部门可以是多级的,即部门下面可以有子部门,顶级机构下面的部门叫做一级部门,以此类推。

界面左方白色背景的就是TreeView引擎管理器,所有的部门、人事、职位等信息的设置都是由它来作导航。

它的结构以及操作方法类似于Windows的资源管理器,都是按层次列出每个节点,单击节点,可以在界面的右方浏览或编辑详细信息;双击节点或单击收缩开关(代表未展开、代表已展开)就可以展开或收缩当前节点。

在顶级机构下分层次列出了其下的所有部门以及部门下面的人员信息,在每个节点上显示的内容是机构或部门的名称,名称后面的‘姓名’代表该机构或部门的主管。
