This International Technology Consulting Service Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date] by and between [Party A], a company registered under the laws of [Country/Region] with its principal place of business at [Address], and [Party B], a company registered under the laws of [Country/Region] with its principal place of business at [Address]. Party A and Party B are hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."

本《国际技术咨询服务合同》（以下简称“合同”）由[甲方]于[日期]在[地址]依法成立的[国家/地区]公司与[乙方]于[日期]在[地址]依法成立的[国家/地区]公司共同签署。甲方和乙方以下统称为“双方”，分别称为“甲方”或“乙方”。

WHEREAS, Party A is in the business of providing technology consulting services and has expertise in the field of [Specify Field]; and

甲方经营技术咨询服务，并在[具体领域]方面具备丰富的专业知识和经验；

WHEREAS, Party B desires to engage Party A's services for the purpose of obtaining professional advice and guidance on [Specify Scope of Consulting Services]; and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Party A agrees to provide technology consulting services to Party B in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract. The specific services to be provided by Party A shall include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting a comprehensive analysis of Party B's current technological infrastructure;

- 对乙方当前的技术基础设施进行全面分析；

- Recommending improvements and strategies for optimizing Party B's technology systems;

- 为乙方的技术系统提供改进和优化的建议和策略；

- Assisting Party B in the implementation and integration of new technology solutions;

- 协助乙方实施和整合新的技术解决方案；

- Providing ongoing technical support and guidance as needed.

- 根据需要提供持续的技术支持和指导。

1.2 The Parties shall further define the scope of the services, including

the expected deliverables, timelines, and any additional terms and conditions, in a separate document titled "Statement of Work" (SOW), which shall form an integral part of this Contract.
