多士炉造型设计

摘要

多士炉诞生以来已经经历了许多年的岁月，然而大跨步跃进的家电发展步伐使得家电的造型上越来越难出现别具一格的设计。近年来的家电造型都越发趋于雷同，鲜有能够看到令消费者眼前一亮的产品造型，因此，多士炉在各个方面都还有广阔的开发空间与发展前景。同时，技术上的应用和推广也应当与造型设计同步发展，使产品每次给人的感觉不仅仅是外表的更换，更是技术的创新和设计者思想的延伸。

本次课题旨在从造型上进行创新，结合时下一些逐渐流行的科技元素，带给消费者与印象中截然不同的多士炉造型。在融合新思路的同时对外形、功能、结构等方面进行较大的改动并将这些元素与产品本身更自然地结合在一起。功能上尽可能添加一些日常实用的附加功能；结构上抛弃多余构件，进行大幅简化，争取取代以往繁复的螺栓固定；安全上从结构和材料等方面提升安全性能，降低故障发生率，减少误操作；采用新的电源技术并且优化操作界面，改善使用体验。设计过程中对造型和功能部分进行反复尝试，力求能够让产品更加人性化，更符合消费者的使用习惯，进一步开发出多士炉的市场潜力，设计出一款令人满意的多士炉。

TOASTER EXTERIOR DESIGN

ABSTRACT

Since the birth of the toaster has gone through many years, however, the pace of development of home appliances makes it increasingly difficult to appear unique design on the appliance shape. In recent years, more and more home appliances’ shape have become more similar, it is little to see a bright product modeling for the consume, therefore, toaster still has broad space to develop and prospects in all aspects. At the same time, technology application and promotion should be developed simultaneously with the design, so it is not just giving every appearance of replacement products, but also innovation of technology and extending of designer ideas .

The study is to innovate from the modeling, combined with increasingly popular technical elements to bring consumers, differing from distinct impression toaster styling. While incorporating new ideas, the design should carry out major changes in terms of form, function, structure and combine these elements with the product itself more naturally. First，add some daily practical function as additional features. Second, abandon structural surplus member to be greatly simplified, for which replace cumbersome bolt. Third, improve the safety performance of security in terms of structure and materials, to reduce the incidence of failure to reduce the misuse. What’s more, introducing new technology and optimizing the power interface to improve user experience. The design process of form and function of repeated attempts, striving to be able to make the product more humane as well as in line with consumer habits, to develop the potential market of toaster further, design a satisfactory toaster.
