课后反思
在数外班,第一次讲课非常紧张,后面有家长在听,并且讲的内容和方式与外校班完全不同,我觉得压力很大,不停地流汗。我在讲义上写下所有学生的名字,想尽快认识和点名提问。我开始介绍了暑期课程的安排和讲义上的四个板块,让学生了解学习目标。第一部分我讲reading,告诉学生阅读能力和做题技巧,然后是单词环节,我采用节目“我爱记歌词”那种形式,单词都是学生熟悉的食物,所以他们还算活跃,接下来是听力,我觉得我没做好的地方是直接从头到尾放一遍,没有首先对题目和题型进行讲解,然后对答案,这对学生听力没有很大的提高,学生听力没有目标和重点。我发现这个班的学生不太愿意开口读,但英语作为语言类的东西,多读才会形成语感。在音标部分,很多学生就看着黑板,可能第一次教这样系统的课程对怎样活跃气氛、让学生积极参与没什么经验。语法部分对大部分学生来说比较枯燥,老师也很难讲解得让每个学生都能理解和运用,怎样教好这部分也是我应该提高的地方。总结第一次课,自己觉得不算成功。课后有个家长找我,说我声音太小,最好不要用扩音器,课堂气氛不是很活跃。我知道这些都是课堂上必须克服的。我很感谢家长对我的建议和鼓励,在以后的教学中,我会认真备课,熟悉教案,课堂上多与学生交流,让他们开口说英语,沉着的应对课堂各种情况。每堂课后也会认真反思,向他人探讨和学习,虽然第一次不算成功,但病不代表每一次,在反思中学习,在学习中反思,是一个老师必须具备的教学理念。
