Unit10 I‟m going to be a basketball player.

一、学习目标：

1.学习一些有关职业的英文表达方式。

2.be going to的用法。

3.谈论为实现理想所做的打算和安排。

二、预习提纲:

1）词汇：

1、梦想，幻想

2、储存，储蓄

3、在某处

4、生长，成长

5、移动，搬动

6、举行，主持

7、富有的，富裕的8、旅行，长途旅行

9、到此时，至今10、工程师11、艺术家

2）对话：

1、--What are you going to be when you grow up?

--I‟m going to be a com puter programmer.

2、--How are you going to do that?

--I‟m going to study computer scie nce.

3）语法：

“be going to”结构的用法。

1、be going to结构表示主观上打算在最近或将来某时药做某事或表示按计划、

安排要做的事情，经常与表示将来的时间状语连用，译作“ ”。

2、be going to结构还可以表示根据某种迹象，主观上判断将于发生某事。

3、be going to 后接，其中be要根据主语的不同变换成相应的。

4、be going to的否定形式应在be动词后加；一般疑问句应将提到主语前。

5、be going to结构也可以用于there be 句型中，其结构为：

1、Jim and Mike (work)on a farm tomorrow.
