■ A.1) Commercial parts: including the confirmation and discussion about the bank guarantee draft ,invoice, L/C draft of project ; To discuss the contract amendment for change scope of supply of contract; To separate the SWPM contract from main contract.

■ A.3) Delivery issue: Transfer the shipping document. Explain the packing list and help the customer to make customs clearance document for the goods. Communicate and

coordinate about the delivery schedule and demurrage of container. Communicate and help the client to handle Subsequent deliveries of project.

交货事宜: 提交有关的发货文件，解释装箱单以及协助客户办理货物清关文件，就交货时间表和集装箱免柜期进行沟通和协调,沟通和帮助客户处理项目的漏发货物。

■ A.4) Installation issue: To discuss and confirm installation schedule . Check the precondition of installation and the wording of erection insurance policy from Clinet.
