一、基本原则(一)遵循课标,依据教材遵循课标,依据教材布置课堂作业就是要遵循《义务教育英语课程标准》、《山东省普通中小学管理基本规范》等有关政策和文件,依据所选用教材的要求和实施意见,依据当堂授课内容,紧扣教学目标,目的明确地设计课堂作业。《义务教育英语课程标准》一级(3—4年级)要求:能听录音模仿说话、根据图文说单词和短语,能正确书写字母和单词,能模仿范例写词句。二级(5—6年级)要求:能听懂简单的故事和简单的提问并就日常生活话题做简短叙述,能读懂简短的故事和小短文,能正确使用大小写字母和常用的标点符号,能写出简短的问候语和祝福语,能根据图片、词语和例句的提示,写出简短的语句,积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流。以上这些内容都是教师在制定课堂作业时的依据。(二)关注学科特点,重视业量,教师要精心选择典型性作业,要在提高教学质量上下功夫,防止片面追求“多练”,造成学生课业负担过重。一般来说,小学英语课堂作业应控制在五分钟之内完成。课堂作业必须当堂完成,要让学生按时下课,不能因为书写作业而拖堂,不布置惩罚性作业,更不能组织学生购买和使用教育行政部门不允许的各种名目的复习资料、练习册、习题集等。
关注质量,培养习惯就是要关注学生作业态度、书写姿势、书写质量、本子整洁度等各个方面,让学生能精力集中、格式规范、字体工整地认真书写。也要训练学生的书写速度,使学生能自我把控作业时间,及时完成课堂作业。同时,教师要认真批改学生的作业,做到无漏批、错批现象,使用的批改符号要符合英语学科特点,书写规范,批语要有针对性、激励性、指导性,为学生树立学习的榜样。针对口语作业,要在学生的语音、语调、表情、动作、表述内容、思维方式等方面培养学生,使其养成良好的表达习惯。

(六)认真批改,及时反馈
认真批改,及时反馈就是要规范批改作业行为,要尽量做到认真负责地全批全改。在学生做作业时,教师要巡视检查,努力做到尽早了解学生作业情况,及时批改、及时订正和反馈。要求会读会背的作业,可以采取以小组为单位检查或教师抽查的方式进行。对于书写错误的地方,要让学生订正,再做二次批改;对于学生的共性问题,老师要进行全班讲解;对于个别问题,老师要当面指导。在批改作业时,既要客观公正,又要灵活艺术地评价。对于书面作业,不能单一地只打对错或等级,要尽量与学生进行书面交谈,纸上互动。也可以采取学生自己打等级的方法,并让学生说明理由,使学生真正理解所学知识,也使教师了解学生是怎样想的、怎样做的。(七)关注质量,培养习惯
