摘要

经过建国五十多年的建设,特别是改革开放以来的持续快速发展,我国已经发展成为世界航运大国。海运业在我国外贸运输中具有不可替代的作用,我国大约85%的外贸依靠海运完成,沿海港口是国家对外贸易的重要门户。改革

开放以来,沿海港口的面貌发生了巨大变化,对国民经济发展和对外开放起到了重要的促进作用。当前,经济全球化趋势增强,科技革命迅猛发展,产业结构调整步伐加快,国际竞争更加激烈。面对世界经济形势的深刻变化,国际海运业船舶大型化、专业化、快速化及经营策略的变化,沿海港口对于未来的发展道路必须重新做出抉择。

经济全球化进程加快,国际竞争越来越激烈,国际海运发展面临新形势,港口经营业呈现出越来越激烈的竞争态势。在这种形势下,天津港集团感到了前所未有的压力和挑战。面对港口吞吐量新一轮的高速增长,吞吐量结构、航运市场的变化,天津港已经暴露出结构性矛盾突出、功能不适应、管理体制束缚生产力发展等问题。如何制定天津港集团下一步的企业发展战略,实现企业资源的最优化配置,增强企业的竞争力,是集团当前所面对的一项刻不容缓的任务。无论从天津港集团所面临的竞争环境还是从企业自身发展需要来看,都需要制定一个适合其发展的良好经营战略。

本论文以天津港(集团)有限公司为研究对象,运用企业战略管理理论研究国内外港口发展趋势和特点及天津港今后的发展方向,分析集团所面临的内部和外部环境,从而解析出其面临的机会与威胁,优势与劣势.并在此基础上制定出2005-2020年的总体发展战略,包括战略目标、战略阶段的划分、实施的保证条件等,最后提出了一些提升集团竞争能力的建议。

本文主要采用实证分析与规范分析的研究方法,对天津港集团中高层进行了细致的深访,对国内外经济环境、港口、物流等行业环境进行调研与数据收集,调研国内外著名港口经营公司发展与经营战略,结合公司创业发展过程中积累的企业资源及外部环境,提出发展战略。

ABSTRACT

After 50 years,building, particularly the sustained and rapid development since the reform and opening up, China has become a maritime power in the world. Ocean shipping plays an irreplaceable role in China's foreign trade. About 85% commodity in foreign trade is completed

by seaborne way. Coastal port is an important gateway to the national foreign trade. Since the beginning of reform and opening up, the coastal port has undergone tremendous changes and played an important role in accelerating national economic development and opening up. Currently, the development of port has to face new situation, such as growing trend of economic globalization, the rapid development of the revolution in science and technology, the speeding up of industrial restructuring, and international competition. The international maritime transport is changing towards large ships, specialization, and rapid development in technology and business strategy. In the face of profound changes in the world economic situation, the coastal port must renew our choice on future development path.

Not only the process of globalization is accelerating, but also international competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer. The development of international maritime transport is facing new situation, so port business is taking on an increasingly fierce competition trend. In this situation, Tianjin port operating group feel unprecedented pressure and challenge. Faced with a new round of high-speed port throughput growth and changes in commodity structure and seaborne market, Tianjin port has exposed serious structural contradiction, and management system impedes the development of productive forces. To achieve the optimal allocation of business resources and enhance the competitiveness, choosing the development strategy is an urgent task. Whether evaluating from competition situation or from own development needs, developing a good business strategy is necessary.

This paper takes Tianjinport limited company as the study subject and takes use of strategic management theory to research port development trends, analyzes internal and external environment of Tianjinport limited company, then turns out to its opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of analysis, the Group's overall development strategy during 2005 and 2020 is developed, which includes strategic objectives, strategic stages, the guarantee conditions and so on. Finally, a number of recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of the Group are presented.

The empirical analysis and normative analysis are used in researching process. Talking with the high-level leaders , collecting the data on domestic and international economic environment, researching ports, logistics and other industries all play important role in researching process. Apart from that, research famous port operators, development strategy is helpful for developing that of Tianjinport Group. In conjunction with resource accumulation since the beginning of company and the external condition, Tianjinport Group’s development strategy is proposed.
