主席先生、国际奥委会的委员们，
无论你们今天做出什么样的选择,都将载入史册。
但是只有一种决定可以创造历史。
你们今天这个决定可以通过体育促进世界和中国友好相拥在一起，从而造福于全人类。
将近50年前，我第一次参加了奥林匹克运动会，那是在赫尔辛基。
从那时起我就深深地爱上了奥运精神。
和祖国的许多同胞一样，我认为奥林匹克价值理念具有普遍意义，奥林匹克圣火照亮着人类前进的道路。
在我的生涯中，我一直梦想着将奥运会带来中国，让我的男女同胞在我的祖国体验奥林匹克理想永恒的魅力。
选择北京，你们将在奥林匹克历史上第一次将奥运会带到拥有世界上五分之一人口的国家，让十亿人民有机会用他们的创造力和奉献精神为奥林匹克运
动服务。
你们所传达的信息也许将意味着一个全球团结
新时代的开始。

1984年第23届奥运会，许海峰实现了中国在奥运史上金牌零的突破……如今，我们国家已逐渐成为体育大国、体育强国。
然而，举办奥运会，考验的不仅是一国家的体育水平，还要看这个国家的经济建设，文化发展，人文素养，以及这个民族对奥林匹克精神的诠释。
2019年7月13日，这是一个值得所有中国人骄傲的日子。
国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇在奥委会第112次代表大会上宣布，2019年奥运会的主办城市为北京。
这是国际奥运史上一项划时代的决定，这是全世界人民对中国改革开放巨大成就的充分肯定，也是新世纪给北京的一次新机遇与挑战。

在我心中，2008是三色的，红，黄，绿。
红色，是跳动的火焰，它代表了奥运圣火。
这圣火，自公元前在古希腊神殿前燃起后，就从不曾熄灭。
人们常说：“民族的也是世界的”前美国总统克林顿访华时曾经说：“我们的国家深深的仰慕有贵国悠久的历史和丰富的人文他们同时也是全人类的财富。
”同样，奥运圣火虽燃起于欧洲大陆，却属于全人类，属f我们的地球村。
特别是自1896年第一届现代奥林匹克运动会起，它更成为人类现代文明的见证；就是这圣火，经历了战争与黑暗，依然纯洁；就是这圣火，每每燃起，让人久久不能自已，喜泪盈眶；就是这圣火，让多少人，上下求索；梦寐以求。

早在1991年我们就首次提出了申奥的请求，作为一个北京人，我永远不会忘记八年前在蒙特卡罗，2000年奥运会主办城的投票现场，投票前，由12名与我年龄相近的女孩代表北京演唱了《茉莉花》；那歌声很美，很动人。
然而，我永远难忘的确是在北京落选时，她们放声大哭的情景。
那一次，北京输了。
但，我们从不曾放弃。
正如奥林匹克精神所号召的那样“”北京有1500万市民，民意调查表明：支持申奥的占了94．9％。

李岚清申奥演讲稿Mr. President, IOC members, Ladies and gentlemen,On behalf of the Chinese government, I wish to reaffirm that our Government stands firmly behind Beijing in its bid for the 2008 Olympic Games.The Chinese Government respects and appreciates the conclusion reached by the IOC Evaluation Commission. We have worked out a plan accordingly to ensure an excellent Games in Beijing.The Chinese Government will honor each and every commitment it has made in Beijing's Candidature File and will do whatever it can to assist Beijing to fulfill its promises. China embraces the Olympic spirit and has always been a staunch supporter behind the IOC initiatives.Over the past five decades, thanks to, among other things, the nation-wide "fitness-for-all" sports campaign, our people's health has been greatly improved, and the average life expectancy has increased from 35 years to 70. Our athletes have been doing quite well in the sports events organized by the IOC.To further promote the Olympic spirit, China has also helped other developing countries with their sports facilities. For instance, we have helped them build 36 stadiums.
