决赛晋级形式:按照各院、系团支部数量的比例，机械学院4人、航汽学院6人、电气学院3人、信息学院3人、经管学院4人、外语学院2人、艺术系2人晋级决赛。
赛制安排:各院、系自行组织预赛，承办院、系负责组织决赛。

注:本图所列人数均按最多报名人数计。
参赛要求:仪表得体、举止大方、服装整洁，有良好台风，有一定英语表达能力。
比赛环节:
第一环节24位选手将依次进行自我介绍和自选主题的演讲，每人一共2分钟时间；
第二环节选手会根据事先的抽签情况得到一幅比赛图片，选手可提前熟悉自己的比赛图片，备考时如需词典可向工作人员示意。
评委会根据图片内容进行提问，每人限时2分钟。
