呼吸道感染病原体IgM九联检

摘要

目的了解呼吸道感染病原体IgM九联检对疑似呼吸道患者的确诊意义,及联检这种检测方式对临床产生的筛查与指导意义。方法收集所处医院2014年7月到2015年5月在医院门诊、病房诊断为呼吸道感染的患者标本,采用间接免疫荧光法,测定患者血清中上述九种病原特异性IgM抗体。采用EXECL2003和SPSS13.0软件,分析九种病原体感染在小儿呼吸道感染者中的年龄分布情况以及感染发生的季节特点。并简单的对其成人与儿童的感染情况做个对比,以观察儿童与成人之间的感染是否有关联或是相似。结果呼吸道感染患儿中,九种病原特异性IgM抗体总阳性率为26.97%(328/1216),肺炎支原体为18.26%(222/1216),沙眼衣原体为0.16%(2/1216),呼吸道合胞病毒为1.40%(17/1216),腺病毒为0.33%(4/1216),甲型流感病毒为0.25%(3/1216),乙型流感病毒为4.28%(52/1216),副流感病毒1型、2型和3型为0.66%(8/1216),Q热立克次体为0.33%(4/1216),嗜肺军团菌为1.32%(16/1216)。肺炎支原体IgM 抗体阳性率明显高于其它病原体(2x=1527.967, P<0.01)。九种病原总检出率秋冬季高于春夏季(2x=12.184, P<0.01)。3岁以上儿童组肺炎支原体检出率明显高于其它年龄组(2x=57.923, P<0.01)。而成人亦是如此,肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性率明显高于其它病原体。与儿童的感染情况相似。结论乌鲁木齐地区小儿呼吸道感染者中,肺炎支原体感染达18.26%,尤其以3岁以上儿童多见;其次为乙型流感病毒感染占4.28%,而呼吸道合胞病毒感染占1.40%。呼吸道感染患儿中九种病原体检出率秋冬季高于春夏季。且成人亦然。

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the respiratory tract infection pathogens IgM nine joint inspection diagnosis significance in patients with suspected respiratory tract, and the joint inspection the test way for clinical screening and guiding significance. Methods To collect at the hospital in July 2014 to May 2014 in the hospital outpatient service and ward diagnosis for patients with respiratory infections specimens, using indirect immunofluorescence method, determination of the nine kinds of pathogenic specific IgM antibody in serum. EXECL2003 and SPSS13.0 software, analysis of nine kinds of pathogen infection in children with respiratory tract infection in the distribution of age, sex, nationality, etc, and the seasonal characteristics of infections. And simple for the infection situation of adult and the child do a contrast, children and adults to see whether the infection between the related or similar. Results In children with respiratory tract infection, and nine kinds of pathogenic specific IgM antibody total positive rate was 26.97% (328/1216), mycoplasma pneumoniae was 18.26% (222/1216), chlamydia trachomatis was 0.16% (2/1216), respiratory syncytial virus was 1.40% (17/1216), adenovirus was 0.33% (4/1216), influenza a virus was 0.25% (3/1216), influenza b virus was 4.28% (52/1216), influenza virus type 1, type 2 and type 3 was 0.66% (8/1216), Q fever patients was 0.33% (4/1216), eosinophilic lung legionella bacteria was 1.32% (16/1216).Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody positive rate was obviously higher than other pathogens (= 1527.967, P < 0.01). Nine kinds of pathogen detection rate always fall and winter than spring and summer (= 12.184, P < 0.01). Above 3 years old children series mycoplasma pneumoniae was much higher than other age groups (= 57.923, P < 0.01). And adults are, mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody positive. Conclusion urumqi region in children with respiratory tract infections, mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was 18.26%, especially for more than 3 years of age or older children to see; Followed by hepatitis b virus infection (4.28%), and respiratory syncytial virus infection accounted for 1.40%. Nine kinds of pathogen detection rate in children with respiratory tract infection, autumn and winter than spring and summer. And adults.
