• 1.骨伤科的起源(远古——公元前21世纪) • 170万年前-元谋猿人-我国西南 • 70万年-北京猿人-用火(热熨法) • 20万年-河套人-人工取火 • 2万年-山顶洞人-原始氏族社会,石器更精细。 • 期间,用于止血排脓的砭石,按摩疗法应运而生。

《吕氏春秋.古乐》云:
• “昔陶唐氏之始,阴多滞伏而湛积,水道壅塞, 不行其原。民气郁阔而滞着,筋骨瑟缩不达,故 作为舞而宣导之。”
• (3)砭石——针刺的始祖,另外还有砭刀、石针 等。
• 《山海经.东山经》曰:“高氏之山,其上多玉, 其下多箴石。”郭璞注:“可以为砭针治痈肿者”

检查、影像学检查及骨密度仪的使用因为后期有 专门的课程。故讲授重点为骨伤科的一般检查; • 3.主要研究骨伤科的基本手法、固定、药物、导 引;手术因有专门《手术学》,故不做介绍;其 他疗法如《针灸学》另上。

• (1)对人体骨骼及骨病的早期认识: • 考古发现: • 二次墓葬骨骼被涂上黑色颜料及摆放位置;
• 仰韶文化时期原始人的遗骨,有骨折修复后增大 弯曲、骨结核、骨质增生。
• (2)舞蹈产生了导引法——治疗筋骨痿痹之疾
