Nowadays, great changes have taken place in our city. When talking about the change which impresses me most, personally, I think it is the raising of beautiful sceneries along with some skyscrapers(tall buildings).

However, with the rapid(fast) development, a lot of serious environment problems appeared either.

As a junior (high school) student, we ought to take actions to keep our Beijing from being hurt anymore. In the first place, we had better plant more trees, because it can make the air cleaner. Meanwhile, we are supposed to obey the guidance of government and reduce the consumption(using) of water/electricity. Changing the ways of transportation is my next suggestion, which means keeping a low-carbon lifestyle (and reducing greenhouse gases).

As far as I am concerned, protecting our city’s environment is not only the business of government but also our responsibility. It must be pointed out that we ought to(should) raise the environmental awareness before it’s too late. Only in this way, can we have a more beautiful and shining Beijing.

There is no doubt that great changes have taken place in Beijing over the years. I’m delighted to witness the changes that make our city more modern and harmonious.

Some years ago, the environment of Beijing is a serious problem in people’s daily life. However, proper measures have been taken to deal with it. We take care of every tree and grass around us by watering them instead of destroying them. In addition, we also contribute a lot to energy saving by using more efficient light bulbs and less hot water. At the same time, people in growing numbers volunteer their time and energy to take part in the environmental organization.

Eventually, as a Beijinger , I’m proud of my city. I do hope that more and more people can do something good to the environment. Only in this way, can we have a better tomorrow in the near future.

Everyone cherishes a dream. Some people dream of being doctors to relieve pain; others expect to travel around the world. However as for me I’m really looking forward to devote myself to my country as a lawyer.

My dream is to be a lawyer, for I am an active boy who cares about right and wrong. What’s more I am interested in debating on exciting topics and have a sense of satisfaction if I manage to persuade others.

In order to realize my dream, I’m about to study some vital subjects really hard. In addition, I’m going to take selective courses to get familiar with basic laws, and read more books on law as well. Eventually, I’m going to major in law at college. Believe it or not , I will set up my own law firm to offer help to the poor in the future.

It does require a lot to achieve the great dream, and I will hold on to it and put in every effort to make it come true. Only in this way, can I contribute a lot to my country to show my love and respect to her.
