教学内容:Story time

Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.

3. 能听懂、会说、会读词汇:animal, cute, fat, elephant,

lion, monkey.

4. 能听懂、会说、会读句型:Look at these toy animals. Look

at this cat. It’s cute. They’re cute and fat.

5. 通过学习能初步用英语介绍自己喜欢或不喜欢的动物。

教学重点:

句型:I like . . . I don’t like . . . Do you like . . . ?及其回答Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.

词汇:like, dog, cat, panda, horse, tiger,do.

教学难点:

句型:I like . . . I don’t like . . . Do you like . . . ?及其回答Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.的语调和用法

词汇:animal, monkey, elephant, horse等词的读音。

教学准备:

1. Story time部分出现的动物图片或玩具(尤其是逗人可爱

的玩具)

2. 多媒体,教学光盘,录音磁带。

教学过程:

A. Warming up

1. Greetings

2. Sing a song

On the farm (三年级英语下册)

Pigs on the farm go “ oink, oink”

Cows on the farm go “ moo, moo”

Ducks on the farm go “ quack, quack”

T: What’s on the farm?

Ss: Cows, pigs and ducks.

T: Yes. Cows, pigs and ducks are animals.

板书并领读:animal

T: Do you like animals?

S: Yes, I do.

B. Presentation and practice

1. 教师出示一只逗人喜爱的玩具狗。

T: What is ti?

S: It’s a dog.

T: Is it nice?

S: Yes. It’s a nice dog.

T: It’s cute, too. 引导学生理解cute的意思。

板书并领读:cute

2. T: I like dogs. Do you like dogs?

S: Yes, I do. / No,

引导学生说:I like dogs. / I don’t like dogs.

3. Play a game. Guess : What is it?

T: It’s black and white. It’s cute and fat. What is it?

S: A panda.

T:Yes. Do you like pandas?

S: Yes, I do.

4. T: You all like animals. How many animals can you name? 出示书中八个动物的图片,比一比谁说得快,说得准。

领读:a cat, cats;a dog, dogs; an elephant, elphants; a horse, horses;

a lion, lions; a monkey, monkeys; a panda, pandas; a tiger, tigers.

5. 学生就这八幅图片,用下列句子操练

Look at this . . .

I like . . .s.

Do you like . . .s?

Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.

C. Story time

1.出示Story time 部分第一幅图

T: Who are they?

S: They’ re Mr. Green, Mike, Su Hai, Yang Ling and Liu Tao.

T: Yes. Mr. Green has some toy animals. He is showing them to his students. Do his students like them? Let’s watch the cartoon.

3. 听读对话,检测理解

a) What animals do you hear? Listen and circle.

1) ducks, 2) dogs, 3) pigs, 4) pandas, 5) cats.

b) What animals do they like? Read and tick.

4. 个人表述

学生扮作对话中人物,介绍他们各自喜欢的动物

S1: I’m Yang Ling. I like cats.

S2: I’m Liu Tao. I like dogs.

S3: I’m Su Hai. I like dogs, too.

S4: I’m Mike. I don’t like dogs. I like pandas.

5. 学生听录音跟读对话,注意模仿语音、语调。
